My husband purchased a pandora bracket with three charms this past Valentine's Day for me It had fell of my arm five times in two weeks He took it back to Motif to be told there's nothing wrong with it! He refused to accept it without them figuring out why it keeps coming apart Well two days later I got it back after they claim to have tightened it Well four hours later I realized it has fallen if AGAIN He called Motif Jewelers and was told there's they can do!!! Not only did he lose his money on bracelet but on the additional charms he purchased when he picked it up after it was suppose to be fix!!!
