They are the biggest bunch of jerks in Spokane. I wouldn't get my auto parts from them if they were the only ones in town that had it and it was free for me...we walked into the store downtown Spokane and asked if they had a part for a carburetor and when the guy said he couldn't find a part for it the other jerks in the store started just pulling out catalogs of parts and throwing them on the counter and didn't bother to help look for the part that was found in under 5 minutes by someone not trained to even look in those catalogs. Then they walk into the back to start talking about this customer behind his back.
