I am rejecting this response because:The salesman mislead me by telling me I was filling out a "worksheet" for information purposes. I made it very clear that I did not want my credit pulled. He assured me each time I protested that he would not run the credit. I told the salesman and the general manager what my credit score is. The general manager asked me to sign the "worksheet". I did after making it clear that I did not want my credit run. The gm also assured me that he was not going to run my credit. We discussed financial, payment, and purchasing options before the test drive. At no time during this conversation was I told that my credit was going to be checked nor did I request a credit check. I stressed several times that I did not want a check. I agreed to a test drive. I was accompanied by my family and the salesman. During this drive, he shared his personal information including his cell phone and location of his house. He even went as far as soliciting me for employment with my company. I have proof of personal cell phone contact with the salesman. After returning back from the test drive, I decided that the vehicle was not what I wanted. There was no mention of a credit check. I told the salesman and gm that I would be in touch. Had I known the "worksheet" was a credit application, I would not have provided any information. I was lied to point blank. I refused permission by letting them know I did not want a credit check. They assured me that they were not going to. Then they use the guise of a "worksheet" to conduct shady business. If I was comfortable with their actions and gave permission, this would not be an issue. The gm hung up on me when I pointed this out. That is the action of someone who knows he was in the wrong. They acted very unprofessional. All I ask is that their inquiry be removed. I tried to remedy the situation by visiting the salesman where he told me he lived. There was no threat to him. I was clear to both the salesman and the gm about what they can do to remedy their actions. As I explained, they decided to take it to a hostile level and force me to go through other channels. That is why I contacted the Revdex.com. Thanks

[redacted] purchased a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica from us on November 10, 2016. Due to her credit history we financed the vehicle through a sub prime bank which recommends vehicles based on the customers ability to meet certain requirements. Due to the age and mileage on the Pacifica the vehicle was sold...

"AS-IS". [redacted] signed the purchase order and Buyers Guide acknowledging the vehicle was AS-IS with no guarantees or warranty. She was told at the time if she made all her payments on-time the earliest we can try to refinance of trade in for a new vehicle would be in 10 months. [redacted] received an email we are looking to purchase trades and came to the dealer however, it is too soon to trade or refinance this vehicle. I spoke to [redacted] by phone the next day and we left as she would call me the day after but has not. Unfortunately we can not trade her out or refinance the vehicle as of now and since the vehicle was sold AS-IS there is no warranty to repair the vehicle.

[redacted] and his family came into the dealership on 8/6/16 and filled out a credit application. The application was signed by [redacted] which gives us a Motion Kia to pull his credit report and submit for approval to financial lending institutions. I met [redacted] after running his credit report to...

discuss his offer on the pre-owned Jeep he was interested in. I explained then I ran his credit and his scores were above 700. After we spoke about pricing on the Jeep he asked to go for a test drive and I asked if he wanted me to submit his application to lending institutions.and he asked me to hold off until after the test drive. We did not submit his application to any lending institutions and I had informed him we did pull his report when he gave us authorization by filling out and signing the credit application. [redacted] searched my salespersons address and showed up at his residence this Sunday 8/7/16. I spoke to [redacted] Monday morning, 8/8/16 reiterating what I explained here and contacted local law enforcement to make them aware of the situation in case [redacted] decided to show up unwanted at that employees or another employees house again. Signed credit application proving customers authorization is kept in dealership.

I am rejecting this response because: Jeff had no idea why I was soo upset and advised me that he thought the general manager took care of my plates... Kia motors is a scam and salesman Jeff is the worst salesman I have ever encountered..they lied in their response and I want my complaint to be visible to everyone who see this, this is NOT a family business and
Regards,
[redacted]

I spoke to the customer who was upset the plates were taking so long and explained that since the car was just traded in and she purchased the vehicle before we received the title from the bank we paid off the account to and we need the title to register the vehicle. She understood and I overnighted...

a second temp to her so she would not have to drive back out here. As of 7/14/17 her husband picked up the plates from the dealership. It is Motion Kia's policy to have customers sign a Carfax report on every pre-owned vehicle sale. The Carfax report was also posted on our website as it is for every pre-owned vehicle. During the sale transaction her husband pulled the Sales Manager and Salesperson aside apologized for her behavior and to please deal with him. When I spoke to her on the phone regarding overnighting the temp tag she was adamant on damaging the salesperson's reputation. Jeff has worked here for 2 years, is my highest rated salesperson and this is the first complaint I have ever received about him.
