Review: This complaint is to informe you that I puraches a car from Motion Kia and add a wheal proctation plan and when I read the information on the plan so that it did not cover what I need I call the dealer and requested that they cancel the wheal protection plan and I spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] to please refune the proctation plan to me or to the bank that finance my loan. I have call the loan manager from Motion Kia about seven times for them to please refund the protction plan and they say that it will be process and I'm still waiting for them to send me or the bank that finance my loan and I found out the the bank that fainace my car loan paid the dealer already for this ptotaction plan. My concern is that I will be charge intrest for that proctation wish I been requesting pacttionly but Motion Kia have not resolve anything. I kainly request for the Revdex.com to request them to solve my problem this is not acceptable for them to play with my time and I'm still wating for the refune of $595.00. Thank you for your help.Desired Settlement: I preferred to get a check for the amount $595.00 becasuse the dealer got paid already by the bank but if this is a problem they could send it to the bank the dealer should write my loan account number that is #[redacted] TD Bank

Review: I went in for service on a Thursday. Not only was the service manager cold, rude and obnoxious. He also was not helpful or kind about getting to the core of the issue with my vehicle. The service took too long and I was running late for work. When I want back to my car after an unpleasant conversation with the service manager John, I noticed my seat cover was ripped. Making the seat cover in operable. I called as soon as I could. It was the following morning. The girl who answered the phone told me she would have John call me right back. I didn't receive a call Thursday, Friday , Saturday , Monday nor Tuesday. So I decided to call on Tuesday because of my issue not being resolved. John came on the phone and was rude defensive and he began to yell at me stating that he would not pay for new seat covers or pay for the cost of the ripped item which would have been the right thing to do in this matter. He said "I don't care that your seat cover is ripped, I don't care if you bring it in to show me , but I am not paying for it" then he proceeded to hang up on me. A few minutes later on the same day Tuesday I called the branch manager. I left a message. It's currently Friday I have not received a call back regarding this matter. I am livid that I have not had any commons curtosey in this matter and not even an ounce of respect to receive a return phone call. I'm scared to get my car serviced there because of how rude , loud, obnoxious and cruel the service manager was. No one has a right to Yell at paying customer that way. I'm nervous to brig my car back here because of the spiteful things the service manager may due as he was unable to control his anger. . I will

Be calling the regional manager on Monday to discuss this matter further to discuss this matter since the actual dealer manager has not returned my phone call. This is a terrible dealer with bad customer service and hidden fees with down right mean and cruel service manager. I will never purchase another vehicle from them nor return.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealer to pay for the damage caused by them. I had to buy seat covers the service guy ripped them and I had to replace them. A total of $80 out of my pocket

I tried calling [redacted] and left voicemails. In the complaint she says she was scared and afraid to return here for service. The complaint was written on 1/22/2016 and she came here for a 15,000 mile service on 1/28/2016. I don't know if this is the correct customer information for the complaint. I will continue trying to contact her for some clarity.

I am rejecting this response because: only ONE voicemail was left today 2/2/16 way way after I called about the initial complaint. I was forced to return to the dealer to get my service other wise my warranty for tires would have been voided. No other deals would roll over the warranty because the car was unfortunately purchased at this location.
