Goods ordered and paid for in 2014, still not received $50,000 worth. Constant emails and no response. We purchased a large volume of goods off of motionview in 2013 and 2014. We were supplied with three facial scanners which we cant use as they are rubbish and we purchased 3d printers x 2 and an intra oral scanner x 1, costing $50K. To date we have not received these items. There are a number of *** and *** orthodontists that were scammed by *** and . These people never respond to calls or emails. Copy of credit card transactions can be provided.

Desired Outcome

A refund for the items we have never received. We have emails from them from a few years ago saying its being built etc but these stopped

We received a response from them after this complaint saying they would supply us with the 3 d printers that have been ordered and paid for over 2 years ago. To date we have still not received these printers and I know of other Orthodontists who have been sucked in by this company. These people are scammers and get you to pay for things that NEVER get delivered. I want my money back but they don't respond to any emails. Seeking a full refund of the goods paid for which we have credit card transaction proof of.

A purchase off them that never worked was returned on 2/12/18. We have contacted the owner for a refund daily by phone, email, fax-and no calls. We bought a 3D printer 8/7/17 Delivery was supposed to be 6 wks (they drafted 10,000 and another $9,995 from our account) it took 3 months to receive it (only after we were going to cancel) it arrived without a computer to use the product. The computer came a few weeks later and had the wrong software. it took them weeks to fix the computer and once resolved - they logged on to do some training and the laser on the printer was broken - never worked from day 1. we were frustrated and decided to return it for a full refund. It took weeks of calling several times daily and emailing for us to get a return label. We sent everything back and have the tracking of delivery on 2/12/18 - the owner will not return any calls, emails or faxes requesting our refund that is owed. She sent an email apologizing and when I asked if she was going to be wiring us the money no response, no returned calls. The support staff sends her instant messages, she's always on another call, in a meeting or not in the office. her husband is also aware of the situation and neither has done anything to resolve this issue and send our refund!

Desired Outcome

A full refund of the total paid wire directly into our account as we had to do to purchase it!

This has not been resolved- we are still waiting for payment. We have been promised payments several times and they have not sent anything or contacted us. Today they sent us a $500 payment on a 20,000 return saying they will make payments- we have not agreed to small incremental payments and they will not return our calls- any help would be appreciated

We pre-purchased an intra-oral scanner October 2014 for $7000. The scanner has never been produced or delivered. Motionview will not talk to us. Since October 2014 we have followed the progress of our intra-oral scanner in hopes it would be delivered. As the years have passed we have tried to get confirmation on a delivery date. Over the most recent two years we feel we have exhausted all normal avenues in an attempt to either get our scanner or get a refund of our $7000 investment. *** was our original sales person. She will not answer her phone, will not return phone messages, or respond to emails. We have talked to technical support who transfer us to sales. We leave numerous messages and no one ever calls back. We are not sure were to go next.

Desired Outcome

At this point we feel that there is no scanner in existence at their company and would like our $7000 investment refunded in the form of a cashiers check. After reading reviews on-line that employees of Motionview have had their pay checks bounce we are asking for a cashiers check.
