Hi ***,In regard to ***’s complaint, once we heard that his order arrived tampered with we asked him on to file a claim with [redacted] as they were the last to hold his orderUpon attempting to file a claim [redacted] found out from [redacted] that he was unable to file a claim due to the package going through SmartPostWe responded to him today on letting him know that he can make the return with the package he received, and we will honor his return for himRegarding our phone number being incorrect in our automatic emails, we were completely unaware of this, thanked him for bringing this to our attention, and have corrected this error across the boardThank you, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the matter has been resolved.After receiving an email from the merchant today stating that I needed to return the order, I sent an email in response confirming that they wanted me to send an empty box to them as I originally stated in my initial correspondence with the merchant that I receivedThey replied that I did not need to return an empty box, and they were refunding the full orderI have received an email confirming the refund has been processed by the merchant.Sincerely, [redacted]

Hi ***, In regards to ***’s complaint, we have not heard from *** since 6/**/At that time we let her know that we are in transition between her old tool (a piece curler set, called the 4P) to our brand new version which is a piece curler set (5P)Due to this transition we have been
completely out of stock of the 4P setsOn 6/**/we let *** know that the new sets will come coming in after July *** weekendThere was a slight delay but they came in over the weekend so we are shipping her warranty replacement todayWe will also be sending a free full sized Nourishing Hair Mask as an apology for the extended delayWe are currently working on expanding our Customer Service department so that we can respond to all of our customers in under hoursWe generally respond to everyone within hours, but occasionally responses can take a few days depending on if there are weekends in betweenExpanding our Customer Service department will speed up response times and we look forward to providing that improved service soon.Best,Aaron W***
