I have hired MOTIVATED MOVERS to move me. After buying the $60 insurance their movers broke my vanity and the hallway light in my old apartment. Long story short the owner of the company said he would come pay me for the damages his employees caused. Since then he will not answer my texts emails or phone calls. One of his employees even said to me 'f

s vanity'. I just want the vanity fixed all it needs is some screws and wood glue. It was a $300 vanity that I now cannot use. The landlord already took my deposit for the light and I was going to let that ride but now that my vanity legs have snapped I am pissed and something needs to be done.
Not only that but one of his workers named Mike smoked marijuana while on the job and even asked me if I wanted to hit the joint. I was completely blown away by that and something needs to be done about his employees drug problems as well

Finish the job I just want my vanity fixed simple as that. I also have pictures of the vanity and screenshots of the texts Between me and the owner and one of his horrible employee's, Mike.
Mrs. did purchase the insurance, the packainsurance she purchased is $1000,000 liability with a $500 deductible. The customer was told that the company would be glad to have her vanity fixed once she paid the deductible whin which she refused to do. Only one leg on the vanity was damaged by the company and while she was trying to fix it herself she broke the other leg off herself but tried to blame it on us. we tried to work this out with this customer but every time she spoke with us she did nothing but cuss the owner and the employees. she went as far as calling one of the employees on her job the N word which is not acceptable. We have all the txt between her and all of the employees plus the owner. We at Motivated Movers will be glad to fix her vanity as soon as she pays her deductible for the necessary package she purchased. As far as the employee who she says was smoking on the job we have proof on txt messages of her stating it was hers and she offered it to the employee. The employee was let go because that is not satisfactory.

I have all texts for proof. I'd rather talk to someone then type online. I also had to press charges on his employee for constantly harassing me and threatening to beat my special needs child up. The police have open warrants for his employee and his employees girlfriend because his employee gave my information out to his spouse. His employee (Mike) has his girlfriend (or whoever) blow me up from several
Numbers and even drove by my residence !! As I stayed, the police are now involved. But I just want my vanity fixed. Not sure why he saying I broke the other leg, but I do have proof of everything. He even said he would come fix it (I have screenshots) and he said it was a $250 deductible, not $500. The day of the move his employees didn't give me a receipt or any paperwork because they said they didn't have a copy. When I talked to Ronnie on the phone about getting my paperwork, he cussed me out and refused to give me any paperwork. It's sad I couldn't even get a receipt from a "company". Not to mention they showed up two hours late clearly high on drugs and took them 45 minutes to even get started to move things. And from the looks of other reviews online I'm not the only one that this is happened to. Like I said it takes 10 minutes to put some screws and wood glue to fix my vanity it's the principle. These people are completely unprofessional and all have drug problems I am the customer so this is ridiculous that I had to get the police involved because his employee wouldn't stop blowing me up threatening me and my family and even driving by my residence. I just want my vanity it fixed. I think that's pretty fair considering the situation.
This woman has 100% twisted stuff. we have 5 stars on Google and have NEVER had a complaint of any of our employees on drugs this is a first. that I know to be a lie. I have all text messages as well. as far as Mike like I said before that situation has been taken care of and he has been disciplined for his actions..what he continues to do has nothing to do with the company. I think you calling him a the N word mad him more mad then anything we are not racist people and dont like working for customers that are. However that's a whole other problem. At the end of the day what it comes down to is YOU signed a contract and the contract you signed states that the insurance package you choose has a $500 deductible. With that being said without all this cussing and harassing txt messages you have sent me cussing me out, All you have to do is pay the $500 deductible and we will gladly have your vanity fixed with no problems at all! I will attach another pic of the contract you signed stating the deductible that you have to pay...Thank you and have a great day! If you want the same receipt I will be glad to mail you one that isnt a problem either

I'm not going to keep going back and forth with this man. The texts do not lie. His employees are drug addicts and racists. Again, he refused to give me any paper work or receipts. I asked for them, and he said "you loose" and hung up. To bring up the reviews, Google is the only site where you have three little reviews made by your own friends. Every other site, including Facebook, has terrible reviews. Two other people have gone through what he's doing to me now. This company is a joke and needs to be reported. I'll attach the links as well so you can see the terrible reviews. Again, he refused to give me any paperwork. The the form I signed that day said nothing about a deductible. First he said it was $250, now it's a $500 deductible? This man is clearly on drugs and has a bad criminal history. He's obviously a crook, and many other of his previous customers seem to tho l so too. Something needs to be done. And the fact that he said I broke the vanity while trying to fix it is a joke. I have an actual witness who heard the vanity crashing to the floor at 3am. He's a crook and so are his racist "employees". Which is why they have active warrants out for their arrest. If I was lying, how are the police involved ? Something needs to be done.
