wash cycle. Upon speaking with the two attendents who processed her order, these are the facts and conclusions I have arrived at. The clothes she brought in were absolutly filthy. Not only were they heavily stained, but also the odor was overwhelming, not to mention all the garbage that were mixed in with her clothes. The clothes that were stained were old stains that have been "set in", meaning no amount of soap or washing would have removed those stains. When washing her clothes, because they were so soiled we used extra soap hoping to remove those odors. AS far as the "black lint balls", I don't see how washing and drying clothes would have created them. Must likely they were already there, and we do not provide a service to remove them. "[redacted]" When we process clothes for the wash we do our best to go through all the pockets, however it's the coustomer's responsabilty to check all the pockets before dropping the clothes off. We are not responsable for items left in the pockets. Even with the extra soap, because the clothes were so heavily soiled, unfortunatily there were some pieces of clothes that still had some lingering smell. And because one of the bags she brought in was a trash bag, we packed some of her clothes in one of our new plastic laundry bag (at no cost to her). My guess is that because some of the clothes still had an odor, and that it was bagged in non breathable plastic, the odor was trapped. I am sorry to hear she was so unhappy with our service, but we did the best we can, even going the extra mile. She should have just thrown out those really heavily soiled clothes or perhaps dry cleaned them instead of dropping them off for a simple wash, dry, and fold service.
