Review: I purchased a triple clamp for my 2007 yz450f and couple of other parts for another motorcycle on last November 26 2013 and I received the item in perfect condition but I decided to sell the motorcycle so I had to return the item. I call the Moto Heaven and talked with them about the return ( [redacted] )and they told me to return the item and they would give credit for another purchase. I retured the item and called them to confirm that they had received the item and they confirmed that they had the part and I had the part credit to be used. Again I believe I talked with [redacted]. I now almost 4 months later called them to order some parts and I was told that they had no information that my item was returned and therefore I had no credit to be applied in my purchase. I was them asked for the mail confirmation of the delivery of the part but fter confirming that they received my merchandise I discarded my us mail confirmation of the delivery.Desired Settlement: I just want to receive my credit for the item that was returned and use towards my next purchase.
