My correspondence was with Aaron and only with Aaron, I did not speak with any other staff So I went on Moto Labs website to see what their hours of operation are I see that they are open on Saturday from 9-so I drive an hour to go see the vehicle on Saturday and they are closed I text Aaron, who doesn't respond I call the office twice and no one ever responds to my voicemail message, I then email Aaron on Tuesday and he says, "Oh we were closed the weekend for the holiday." It has been nothing but a complete run around Not to mention that when I asked specific questions about the car they were never answered It all just feels a little shady if you ask me I'm a professional and I expect to be treated with a little respect and professionalism No wonder the car has been on the market for four months I don't play games with people and I really hate when they play games like I'm some dumb woman who doesn't know what's going on I was completely ready to purchase this vehicle if all went well with the test drive I wish this business only the best Their communication lacks and that is unfortunate
