I could address all of [redacted]’s accusations however that would create the continuing of this back andforth that is taking us nowhere. I would however like to address the day [redacted] came to pick up his Jet Ski. I was there that day and his demeanor did not come across as angry or tense, but quite the opposite. He was talkingfreely asking for other options. That is why [redacted] suggested ** [redacted] one of our vendors. We feel he is being untruthful about being angry that day.The facts are, [redacted] was planning to sell his 2002 Seadoo GTX, and knowing that his craft had runissues needing to be resolved, he brought it to our shop. These facts are confirmed by both his statements to the Revdex.com, and the signed estimate for “Diagnoserun ability and provide estimate for repair.” In good faith we have fulfilled what he asked us to do. As much as he wants to believe we overheated hiswatercraft that is not the truth. We want to thank the Revdex.com for their time and attention to this mater. [redacted] we wish you the best. Sincerely, [redacted]R & D Moto Technologies LLC

I am rejecting this response because: A lot of double talk from this shop. It's going nowhere just as I thought it would. I will however, continue to bad mouth this establishment and do all that is in my power to see that no one else takes their watercraft to them for repairs. The truth speaks for itself. This is truly a bad business.  All consumers should be aware ! What a boatload of crap.

Seadoo jetski into our shop on August 11,2015. He said he wanted us to diagnose his jetski for run issues and check fluids because he was wanting to sale his personal watercraft. During the check-in process at our shop his jetski would not start. We charged his battery over night and load tested it the next day. While waiting for the battery to test good we checked fluids. We found his personal watercraft a quart low on oil and low on coolant of which we topped off both. After the battery was charged and tested good, we reinstalled it. Once the battery was reconnected we tested the compression. When we pulled the spark plug from cylinder #1 we found the plug to be fouled with oil. All three cylinders passed our compression test. From there we connected the water hose to see if it would run. The jetski started but ran really rough which is normal for a jetski that has not ran for a long period of time. After a minute or two of running, with the jetski connected to the water, it's drive shaft began to vibrate and spin uncontrollably. At that time we shut it down and documented our recommended repairs. In regards to [redacted]'s accusation that we ran it without water, that is incorrect. Even if we did run it without water for several minutes, it would not have caused the oil seal to fail, or the current issues with the drive shaft. The purpose of the water is to cool the exhaust system. [redacted]'s complaint says that his 2002 Seadoo jetski has not been in operation for over a year, which was backed up by the fact it would not operate when he brought it to our shop. There is no proof to his claim that we damaged his jetski. On August 14th 2015, [redacted] picked his jetski up after deciding not to proceed with our recommendations of needed repairs. At that time he paid the invoice, and signed it as well as his credit card receipt, and did not mention his dissatisfaction with our service. To this date he has never addressed his concerns or requested reimbursement personally with us.  We did not do anything to cause the damage he has made in his claim. We believe that we should remain in good standing with the Revdex.com and that no compensation is due [redacted]. Please see attached signed documentation by [redacted] to support our position.Sincerely, [redacted]Managing Members

Review: Took my 2002 Seadoo Jetski to them to clean out fuel line, on account didn't run the Seadoo for a year. I had just installed a new battery and explained to them I wanted ski ready to go because I had planned on selling. [redacted] said they knew all about Seadoo's and they would check to make sure there was nothing wrong with the jet-ski. There was nothing really wrong except it hadn't been used in over 1 year. Only 67 hours on the Jet-ski. They had the ski for 2 days and finally called and said it was ready to p/u. BIG problem. They ran the jet-ski with no water hooked up to it. You can't do that with a Seadoo!! So they burned up the bushings on the drive-shaft. So they told me I had a problem and that they could fix it. Quote " Possible oil leak caused by failed seal, labor and parts to fix approximately $240.00 to $585.00" Then, " when running driveshaft vibrates and spins uncontrollably, cost approximately to fix $355.00 to $600.00 before tax". Keep in mind - there was nothing wrong with my Seadoo GTX when I took it in except it wouldn't idle because it hadn't been run in so long. My cost to have them ruin the Jet-ski was $135.00.Desired Settlement: Take the Seadoo Jet-ski to another repair facility and have it fixed by a qualified Seadoo mechanic. And a refund of my money.
