Purchased snow conversion kits with the understanding that they would hold up to their intended useAfter receiving, installing, and trying to use the kits, we have run into a multitude of different problems and faulty partsThe first issue we discovered on the 2nd day of riding was a bushing failure that has happened on many, if not all, of the kits they have sent outThey were contacted about this issue and we were given replacement partsOn the 3rd day of riding we began to run into many more different issues, such as the skid pivot popping out and failing, the front arm breaking, the rear arm breaking, and so forthAfter all these issues in different areas on all of the kits, it has become clear to us that these are definitely not designed well enough to hold up to their intended useIt is because of this that we have rejected their request for replacement parts and demand a refundThe product we were given does not live up to the product that was understood we were bein
