I'm a manager at Motofit and I wanted to respond to this complaintThe bikes the customer are referring to are in very limited supply across the countryWhen we took his deposit, we planned to order as many bikes as deposits we tookWe placed an order for bikes and when the shipment went
out from Husqvarna, they shipped out less than per dealer across the United StatesWe did not receive one and were trying to call around to other dealers across the country to get one inThere are only dealers in the Northeast that have them and no dealer wanted to give them upWe were happy to refund his deposit after exhausting all resources to try to get the bike, but the lack of inventory for this particular bike was out of our control. If there are any more questions, I will be happy to answer them. Thanks, Dave M***Finance and Service ManagerMotofit Motorsports** *** *** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:After receiving the bike back from Motofit the last time they had it, I was informed by the dealership manager at the time, Mike, that the *** technician diagnosed the vibration as a potential 'trait' that was common with the *** ***I didn't buy this as an excuse, but had no real recourse with this dealership because they were not able to solve the problemMotofit stated that they had the bike on several test rides but could not replicate the vibration, but yet threw many expensive parts and man hours into it anywayIt took three dealerships to determine the problem stemmed from low tire pressure, which was the same pressure that was present when the bike was delivered to meAll I ever wanted was for them to deal with it, since I purchased it there, but I was refused that optionI have service records from the second dealer I went to, *** *** ***, which states the vibration was present, which Motofit seems to want to dispute
Sincerely,

We would like to let the Revdex.com know that we never abandoned [redacted], we actually went above and beyond normal means to help remedy his issues. We had [redacted] corporate send out their field services rep. Brian F[redacted] to assist us with [redacted]'s Motorcycle as we couldn't replicate the issues [redacted]...

stated he was having. [redacted] also confirmed our findings that no issues arose on multiple test rides but they decided to have us replace most of the braking system components just in case there may be a problem we both didn't find. I also would like to state upon multiple test rides the technicians we assisted had over 20 plus years riding experience. Upon the return of the motorcycle to [redacted] at no cost to him he still felt that there was a vibration issue so we felt it was best to have another [redacted] dealership with fresh eyes try to see if they could find anything wrong that we and the [redacted] field service rep couldn't...  I believe this is where [redacted] mistook our help for abandonment...  I have followed up via phone call with the other dealership that we had [redacted] go to and the senior technician told me that they also could't replicate [redacted]s vibration issue after multiple test rides. They did note the tire pressure was low and they adjusted that prior to the test rides. Just to confirm we had checked the tire pressure multiple times while [redacted]s bike was at our dealership and so did the [redacted] tech. Also a note that tire pressure is a thing that the customer has to stay on top of as it does change especially if the motorcycle isn't operated for a period of time... also it is noted in the motorcycles owners manual that this is the customers responsibility... W have tried to explain to [redacted] our situation but I think he wants to believe the tire pressure was the cause of his issues so if he is finally content with the motorcycle we are happy as that was our goal from the start! We also reached out to him to let him know we are always here to help him in the future if he so decides...  thank you Mike O[redacted] ###-###-#### for the record the other dealers name is [redacted], Tech name Steven S[redacted] ###-###-####, [redacted] Senior field service radvisor Brian F[redacted] ###-###-####

Review: They would put off my bike and put others in front.

Motofit had my bike for a month now. I made an appointment with them for them to look at my bike on a certain day. It was a checkup on the bike to see if it was running and fix anything that needed to be done to it. They never called me and told me they didn't look at my bike I had to call them. Each time I called they would give me a new date that they would look at my bike and they would call me at the end of the day when they finished with my bike. They never called I would have to call them, and after I spoke with them they would give me another date they would take a look at my motorcycle and again the same thing happened and they lady that works there told me other people come in with their bike for them to look at so in other words that are putting my bike off to look at other bikes that came in after me. Desired Settlement: I would like them to put both tires on my bike with no charge. They will not hear from me again and its simple as that. I will never do any work with them and I will not refer anyone to them no matter if they are the only place that work on Kawasaki and KTM a d ducatis.

Review: I purchased a Motorcycle from them and was told all the fluids had been changes.(Oil change and coolant flush) I got the motorcycle home and come to find out there was no coolant in the bike nor was the oil changed. I contacted them right away and was told call when I was ready to bring the bike down to get the services rendered. I called and left messages as well as email and request service appointment from them for two days straight and never received an answer. I then had to take my bike to another dealer for the service as I was disgusted with the service and professionalism from them.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the services I had to pay for that were stated were done before I purchased the bike and never were.
