Review: on the date of 7/28/13 I made a order of a shift lever order number 60217.today is 8/2/2013 and its still processing I have tried to contact them by email but they haven't responded to my email and they required an immediate payment so that is already gone through .Desired Settlement: either send me what I ordered next day air or return my payment in full

Review: 1. On July 21, 2014, I placed an order on line with MotoPartsCenter on their web site www.motopartscenter.com , for 1 Driven Wheels Assembly, and 1 Gate Power Belt for a 50cc moped. I paid for that order with my debit card a total amount of $ 89.01. Their main office and place of business is 2420 Celsius Ave, #B, Oxnard, CA 93030 according to their web site.2. On July 31, 2014, I e-mailed them complaining that I did not receive the goods that I paid for. They advertised on their web page that you get Fast free shipping on orders over $ 50, 1-3 Days nationwide, and in my case had passed 10 days. They responded that they had written me about the order because they needed a phone number. I check my e-mails twice per day, but I never received an e-mail from them. Also, they could not provide me with any evidence to show me that they indeed sent me a message to ask for a phone number.3. On August 4, 2014, I complained again because I still did not receive my parts, demanding an explanation. They responded with insolence Dont worry we shipped them yesterday. They provided me no excuse for delay, no apologizes, no other explanation. 4. On August 7, 2014, the parts finally arrived, but only the belt was new. The driven wheels assembly was used and had some rust, and dints. I wrote them immediately complaining about this informing them that they committed a fraud because I ordered and paid for new parts and I received a used one. They charged me $ 89.01 but the invoice that I received with may package was $ 25.00.5. On August 9, 2014, they e-mailed me demanding some pictures.6. On August 20, 2014, I complied with their demand sending them photos with their driven wheels and mines as well.7. On August 22, 2014, they responded that the parts were absolutely not used before.I would appreciate your assistance in resolving my complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the new parts that I ordered and paid for, or a full refund of the full costs of the parts in the amount of $ 71.95.
