I recently made a purchase on this site. after paying I noticed the part I ordered the wrong part so I immediately emailed company with the correct part info. Since this part was ordered on a Friday evening I was not able to get any answer until office hours on Monday.
On Monday I called the only available number and a man answered and then proceeded to transfer me to some who could help. When the transfer line was answered I explained my simple mistake and needed to correct my order. The man then replied only repeating (in a mocking manner) my words. Then acted like he couldn't here me and hung up.
I call ed back and once again got transferred to have the same man answer but continually said hello. until he hung up. I tried calling back a third and a forth time to not even get an answer from the front desk.

I have yet to get a reply from my email.
