The response is we tried to refund her and she took actions into her own hands. Our website clearly states there is a 90 day wait period, and remember the 90 days are working days.

been placed in our accounts payable office for immediate refund and will be
handled within...
the next 7-10 business days, hopefully sooner but at this time
that is the fastest we can get the money into Mrs. [redacted] account based on our
previous conversations. Mrs [redacted] did ask for the Motoped to be free do to her
experience with us, obviously that is not something we are able to do however
we are willing to offer her a discount of 20% off her order, saving her
$765.00. On top this we are willing to ship the bike to her for FREE, saving
her another $325.00. This is over $1000.00 off her order and not the norm for
us but we want to do all we can to make her happy, making her Motoped $2734.00.
We can apply that credit as well if she wants to move forward with that offer
as we do not want to lose any customers.
The Survival Bike can be
shipped to her once the 125cc engines are in stock here shortly. Please note we
have offered Mrs. [redacted] the bike to be shipped months ago with a 49cc engine
in it so she could have a bike in the mean time, and told her we would
send her the 125cc once it arrived. We also would have one of our service
centers install it for her, again we were trying to do all we can to make sure
she understood how valued her business was to us, she declined that as well
unfortunately.
We have offered
everything we can to accommodate her as we wait for the engines.
