The Staff at Motoprimo are outstanding The Parts Team specifically They go out of their way to help me when I visit in person, when I call or when I text I highly recommend Motoprimo!

Hi, My name is Craig [redacted] General Manager at Motoprimo. I have read the complaint, and standard practice in any motor vehicle dealership is an appraisal process prior to purchase. The amount stated when a person calls is the low to high trade/purchase value, based on good condition or better. I...

have attached a couple of photos and clearly the vehicle has incurred some damage somehow. Based on conversation when you called and ask the value of something, the damage was not disclosed. The person in charge of purchasing gave you an offer and you have the right to not accept. I was also informed you were not going to accept, and at some point changed your mind. What I offer and suggest iis you bring the 500.00 check back, we will give the vehicle and title back. That would be the best interest of both parties.
