provided a copy of that doc ,as to the paint and fabric it was applied to her car and no refund was possible. Ms [redacted] did not provide to the gap company the paperwork they needed to complete the claim for 6 months and had an open auto loan that She wasn't making payments on for 6 months, She damaged her credit not Motorcars, we have repeatedly explained this to Her and shown her the documents but she cant grasp what has been explained to her repeatedly.
