I am not sure what the requested amount is for, MS [redacted] did purchase this vehicle from us and did buy A mechanical warranty as well as paint and fabric, she financed both of those and when they where cancelled we where notified via letter there was no refund on the mechanical , Ms [redacted] was provided a copy of that doc ,as to the paint and fabric it was applied to her car and no refund was possibleMs [redacted] did not provide to the gap company the paperwork they needed to complete the claim for months and had an open auto loan that She wasn't making payments on for months, She damaged her credit not Motorcars, we have repeatedly explained this to Her and shown her the documents but she cant grasp what has been explained to her repeatedly
