Found metal shards in oil filter/oil filter housing
I RECOMMEND NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS!!
Bought a bmw m3 maybe 4 weeks ago now been trying to contact them for 3 weeks no with responses at beginning and no response about anything now.
Bought the car they reassured car was in great
condition ran great service was done and everything. Got home with car checked oil, oil was darker than roof tar so I changed it. Noticed the service indicator was reset showing the oil was "just changed". When checking oil noticed a few metal chunks in filter and wasn't happy but I let it go now car is basically scary to drive and rattles. contacted them about what shop said problem is they said they'd see what they could get done and now been waiting 3 weeks for response. Customer service sucks they just want your money and i'm stuck with car sitting until it can be fixed.
