On September 20, we were able to contact the client, and fully explain why the vehicle was advertised from the factory at $in savings. We have since rectified the issue and sold Mrs*** the vehicle she was interested in and did give her the $in savings she desiredIf you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact me directly

On behalf of Motor City Buick/GMC body shop we have read Mr*** *** complaint. The company feels that the initial repairs were completedWe have addressed
the coolant hose issue MrGutierrez was having. The A/C issue he is having we don't have a problem re inspecting itHowever we don't feel the moon roof issue is part of the claim If there is anything that is pertinent to the repair we did on their vehicle, we do not have a problem with them bringing it back so we can review the issue
