On November 19th 2015 we received our first email correspondence from Ms. [redacted] requesting cancellation of her vehicle warranty due to total loss. Unfortunately, it wasn't...

until our correspondence with Ms. [redacted] on December 3rd 2015 that we learned that due to the extensive damage of the vehicle the mileage could not be verified. After reviewing our service records and estimating the mileage based on mileage at time of delivery and mileage at time of service, the warranty was cancelled. Lexus Financial Service refunded $1147.50 to Ms. [redacted] on December 17, 2015.
