Motor Fair because she wanted to purchase a BMW we had for saleShe wanted to
test drive the car and also have it
checked by a mechanic. We gave her the option of putting a $deposit on the car to hold it. She paid Motor Fair $and we
gave
her a receipt which was clearly marked "Non Refundable". We told her that she must return the car by 5PM which she
did not We called her at 8:and there was
no answerWe also texted her and received no answerWe becc!_me very concerned that she had stolen the carShe finally called back much later that evening and finally returned the car at
about 10:45PM, which was clearly in violation of what we told her

All I received was a copy of my receiptThat doesn't state why he told my grandmother I could get my deposit back and then not give me my depositIf there is a way I can have my grandmothers conversation printed out then I will do soThis company does not stick to their wordI am not the first to place a complaint on this companyEventually Revdex.com will get this fradualnat company in checkIf you go online and look at their reviews, they have no good onesI should have looked at their reviews before going up there

I am rejecting this response because:The only thing I would agree that was true is the form said non refundable. We did put a hold on the caliber and the next day went back to the dealership and ask if we could switch to the x-and have the vehicle checked
out. The salesman said that was fine We took the x-and the sunroof was not operable. In the response they failed to mention it had two major oil leaks as well as the sunroof broken. We were never informed any of the repairs had been fixed They were informed at that time we were not purchasing the vehicle due to the inspections. Conveniently there was no one available to issue the check. Looking back I would never leave a deposit prior to having a vehicle inspected. I made a mistake assuming they would be honest and refund the money if the vehicle failed inspectionsAgain that was my error As to not answering my phone I sell real estate and I do answer. I would never buy a vehicle or recommend to anyone their dealership I feel scammedThank you *** ***
