To Whom It May Concern, Motor Inn Cois an upstanding auto dealership with a commitment to customer service Mr*** bought a vehicle that he was able to not only drive, but inspect thoroughly Mr*** agreed to and then signed a deal with Motor Inn Company for the truck the
way that it was upon inspection The fact that there were no mud flaps on the vehicle when he arrived was never discussed during the negotiations of the vehicle purchase It was only after the fact that Mr*** requested free mud flapsIf this issue had been discussed during the negotiations it would be listed on the purchase agreement It is not I would be happy to provide a signed copy of the purchase agreement. In regard to Motor Inn Company requesting a positive review in exchange for mud flaps, this is just plain untrueIt was in fact Mr *** who requested Motor Inn give him mud flaps or he would post a negative review I have attached the emails from Mr *** to an employee of Motor Inn Company that include his threats of negative reviews Mr *** stated that if Motor Inn Co would give him mud flaps he would post a positive review, otherwise he would proceed with negative reviews Motor Inn Co is an upstanding business and we are comfortable with our ability to proceed as a successful business even after Mr ***'s negative reviews Had Mr *** handled this in a hospitable decent manner I would be happy to provide the mud flaps to him at no charge Since Mr *** has chosen to proceed in this manner I will not offer him anything We don't negotiate with terrorists Had Mr *** acted in a different more mature manner Motor Inn Co would be happy to help him out Unfortunately this is not the case

I am rejecting this response because:
Regarding the "untrue" statement that I could receive the mudflaps if I wrote positive reviews I attached the email that Tyler *** sent me stating exactly thatI do not find it ethical business practice to bait and switchNor do most find it acceptable to insult customers labeling them as terrorist or immatureRegarding the immature statement, after receiving the email mentioned above I deemed it necessary to contact the Revdex.com as I felt I was being strong armed by the dealershipMotor Inn Cohas questionable business practicesThe mudflaps in question where removed from the vehicle I purchase after I place a $nonrefundable deposit based on the pictures listed on the dealers web site as attached aboveThis would qualify as both advertising and bait and switchRegarding the negotiations themselves I used the travalue tool listed on the dealers website called BlackBookThe Black Book trade in value of my vehicle was over $23,The dealers did not honor this price and took full advantage of my situation having drove over hours and placing a $nonrefundable depositAfter a long negotiation the most the dealer would offer me was $19,This is $1,less than what national car chain carmax offered me after an appraisal to buy it out rightThe dealer will most likely say that this was because he sold me a vehicle at almost wholesaleThis bring up the question what does Motor Inn Codefine as wholesaleI traded in a vehicle for $19,and they listed that same vehicle for $24,the next weekThen the dealer may argue that I did not pay asking price for theirs so why would one pay the asking price of $24,Most likely they will not sell that truck for that, but after not even a week of being on the market the truck was taken down leading me to believe it already soldRegarding whether or not they got asking price one must ask themselves how much will a dealer really knock off the price on a vehicle that has only been listed for a week

Mr. [redacted] was notified by dealership staff that the vehicle was sold to him as is at the time of purchase.  Motor Inn Co. explained that we could look into what the actual issue was, but that we would not be able to complete the repair free of charge.  Motor Inn Co. then offered to...

participate in the repair along with Mr. [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] then decided to drop the vehicle in the rear of the dealership and leave it there.  It has been quite a period of time with no contact from Mr. [redacted].In regard to the purchase price of the vehicle Motor Inn Co. would be happy to provide documentation with Mr. [redacted] signatures in multiple places agreeing to every aspect of the car deal as long as Mr. [redacted] agrees that we can share these documents with the Revdex.com.  Mr. [redacted] purchased the car after a lengthy test drive, and then agreed by signing multiple purchase documents.  Motor Inn Co. stands by it's long standing reputation.  There was nothing quirky about this transaction.  Motor Inn Co. is not happy that Mr. [redacted] had the trouble that he had with his vehicle, but it is an automobile and they do break.  Motor Inn Co. remains flexible in this matter, but will not be solely responsible for the repair.  This is exactly what was explained to Mr. [redacted] from the beginning.
