He would call and say he was coming but needed a loaner vehicle. Our insurance does not allow us to provide...
loaner vehicles. Hence he writes the Revdex.com instead of bringing the vehicle in... We can not resolve a problem if we are never given the opportunity to resolve. [redacted] provided false information to obtain credit... He lied about job time and income. Original bank kicked the first deal because of false information provided by [redacted]. The Dealership had to get the Father-in-law to cosign with new lender and loan was obtained. If [redacted] would have...
provided correct and accurate information, the first loan would have never been approved. The Dealership can show all documentation of original loan and response from the original lender regarding this matter. I kept in contact with the salesman throughout the whole process. Regarding the check stub he states I refused to supply, I kept in contact with him daily and made him aware that my check stubs get mailed to me. At that time, I had not received my check stub in the mail and had no way of getting access to it until it came in the mail. He states that I refused to come up with a co-signer, that is false,. I had someone attempt to co-sign and unfortunately their credit made them unable to do so which I was unaware before they attempted. This salesman is a rude and blatant liar. I kept in contact with him daily and even dealt with him contacting me at my place of employment and harassing me. I would just like to put this whole situation behind me. I learned my lesson dealing with a shady salesman like him and the atrocious customer service he provided. I have since purchased a new vehicle from [redacted], a place that actually knows how to treat their customers.

Customer did purchase a vehicle and signed a spot delivery agreement. Under the terms of delivery the consumer would provide current pay stubs within a timely manner. Two weeks had lapsed and consumer did not provide current pay stubs. Called numerous times, offered to add cosigner to resolve the...
matter to no response. Consumer continued stating she would produce the pay stubs and never did. In the spot delivery agreement it states Dealer can assign charges occurred for use of the vehicle and mileage if transaction is not completed. Mileage and time exceeded her complete down payment but refunded most of the down payment with the $300 in question as a usage charge. Tried many times to keep this deal together. The Dealership even resigned with a second Lender and consumer again did not provide current pay stubs... Car was requested to be returned...Consumer was out of control.
