THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE THEIR CARS FOR A PRICES THAT IS MUCH HIGHER WHEN YOU GET THERE. I CALLED TO SEE ABOUT A CAR AFTER CURSING OUT ONE OF THE SALES REPS BECAUSE HE WAS SO RUDE!!! ONLY TO GET HUNG UP ON WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I WAS UP THERE TO FIND A CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY CARS FOR 999.00, WHICH IS THE PRICE THEY ADVERTISE. THEY STINK, AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO A RAT!!!!! THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED, PUT IN JAIL, AND SHUT DOWN!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!

horrible do not shop here. They will switch out one minute you think you are purchasing a vehicle then it turns into a lease. These guys are very greasy, big scam. Nothing but problems they dont own up to there word or there warranty, the lot my seem like it has quality or nice cars but let me help you out of first hand experience its not I didnt even make it home in the vehicle I bought from them the same day. It broke down withing 9 miles. They did not help or do anything I asked for a refund which they did not honor. Disgusting that car was supposed to help me and my son get to school and work.

I recently got a car from them on February 28th since then the check engine light is on, I have been up there three times and they keep telling me leave the car there to get fixed or get another one. I really feel like they sold me a bad car and don’t care, now I need to find out how do I get my money back.

To begin with I was mislead when purchasing the vehicle I was lead to believe it was a purchase not a lease. The word lease was never mentioned and when I signed the paper *** does say lease it was put in front of me and I was told this was my payment schedule.
The biggest problem is that I have made every payment and made it early. I am being told that they didn’t received a payment for payment due on 6/28/19. The MotorMall was closed in the middle of the day on a Wednesday before my payment was due so I was instructed to mail it to a P.O. Box. The money order was cashed and now *** is saying they didn’t receive the payment and now they are saying they haven’t received a 2nd payment and they are asking me to make a cash deposit into a *** account and incur late fees. These people are running a scam they told me it must have been cashed fraudulently, that I should make a police report. If it went to their P.O. Box and was cashed it should be there problem not make me make a double payment. There is no one at the MotorMall that I can speak with anymore it’s all done via phone or email.

The motormall website for *** is out of date. All the vehicles are incorrectly priced or not even in stock. They advertise vehicles and when you call the business there is no answer. You then receive a missed call text by a sales agent who answers your questions. My specific question was if a vehicle that was on the website was available. I drove 2 hours when the salesman said yes, for three days it was available. When I got to the store, that advertises o er 250 vehicles on the lot- there was about 30 cars.NO TRUCKS AT ALL. I inquired about the truck that was in inventory 2 hours prior and they said it's been gone for weeks. I told them I spoke with the rep from the local phone number text and they claim hes from ***. When I confronted the rep through text he said it must have sold that day, to which I replied it was sold weeks ago. He also stated there were over 250 vehicles to choose from with a wide variety of 4x4 trucks . At the actual location there was not a single truck. Very disappointed. They are luring in customers like me from out of states with their bs sales reps. Reported this so it dont happen to anyone else!

I signed a 2 year contract (2017-2019) with Motormall thinking I was paying off the car only to find out it was actually a lease. In April, 2018, I had tried to end it early (again, thinking that I was paying off the car erroneously) and gave them all my tax refund money totally 2,266 dollars. When I realized my mistake, they refused to give me back the money but indicated that it could be used to buy out the car at the end of the lease.

I've made faithful monthly payments of 214 dollars but in February, 2019 I got a notice saying I was in default on my lease. I thought it odd and sent in the extra money and hoped that would've cleared it up but it didn't because in the next month (From March to June) I would get the same notices, saying I was in default even when I still made my payments.

I tried to get a hole of them several times and they were difficult to get a hold of but when I finally did, I explained my situation, stating I had receipts for all those months (they only accept money orders by mail). The lady on the phone said she would fix my account and that I could pick up the title since the lease, that is all 63 payments ended on June 20, 2019.

She said that we needed to bring the car in for "servicing" and then we can get our title. I have an email about this and so we did. The man there had no idea what we were talking about and he wasn't forthcoming with what sort of service needed to be done with the car.

We left that day with it only to be told on that Monday, that they were supposed to repossess the car, which was not what we were told. So, the folks at *** told us one thing and told Motormall another.

Then I was directed to talk with the lady, *** about the missing payments. I called her several times but there was no answer and I admit I gave up so we waited for Motormall to pick up the car but now it's August 6th and not only have they haven't picked up the car but they haven't contacted us at all other than to give us more default notices.

We've made all the payments so as for as we're concerned, we're not in default and the lease has ended. They're terrible with customer service and frankly are unprofessional. I just want this over with.

I bought my car in full under a parts warranty and recently my car just broke down. And so I called the dealership just to see how much it would be to get it fixed. No one answered the phone so I contacted the number on the website and still no answer. Then later I received I text from the number on the website getting back in contact with me, so I stated my problem then I also added how I have had problems with the car from the start but it wasn't a problem for me to fix. And by that time I fixed the problem. So then he offered me free service or promotions in which he asked for my name and vehicle information and I gave it to him. He also went on to say that I should bring in my vehicle so that they could check it out, and we both agreed on the following Thursday. So that Thursday morning the fuel pump driver module went out as I was going to take it to the dealership. I called the dealership to have it towed but there tow man was in *** getting another car. So I called to have my car towed at my expense. I get it towed there they tell me thet will look at it the following day, the following day gets there and they tell me that no one has looked at it yet and to come in the next day so I come in the next day and they tell me that they're waiting on the part to come in and it won't be until the next morning. I come in the next morning and then they tell me that it won't be ready in two to three days, so two to three days comes by which is today. I call and ask about my vehicle and the representative tells me bring a check for 500 an your all set. The car was 1,000 before taxes and the part is only 150 and takes no less than 30min to install with the right tools. Ive already missed a couple of days of work and spent plentiful on rides from friends and ***. I wont be able to pay that kind of money untill another month. I just wish to receive the free service that I was offered and not coned into labor fees. I fully understand that I bought my car under a parts warranty which is already a free service under warranty but I was offered additional free service and or promotions in which I haven't received. And I have everthing in text messages if needed to be presented.

I had been making payments on a vehicle that I payed more than half of the total price down and the company was putting my payments into another account instead of crediting it to my account and when they sent the payment plan they cancelled out all of my payments as if I didn’t make them along with repoing my car twice out of there own clerical error forcing me to pay the first repo of $600. They are scamming me out of my money with no intentions of crediting me for a car I pay for.

I got my car repoed in in a couple weeks of having the car now they say I owe then 1000 more dollars my paper tag wasn’t even expired I just want the money back I put down for the car

Horrible place to get a car! We got over charged for a car we are financing. Ever since we drove off their lot the car not stopped having problems. They also charged my card before signing any papers! I am also pregnant and had to walk home due to car over heating. I have brought the car in several times and they just half as fix the issue. My car is now constantly over heating and I've only had it for two months! I do not recommend going to this place! Also every time we come in they have people yelling at them and cops are called. They have crappy service and are just rude! Also half of my car is zipped tied together under the hood!

Bad customer service I bought three cars and all I was Reckless Savage cars rebuilt Lac of communication everybody drugs there always try to repo people calls and overcharging them for insurance and don't have insurance agency on property which is against the law never go to motormall for anything it's a total rip-off

When I moved back to the US, I searched for a car to purchase. I was advised by *** that there was a 3 year warranty on the 2006 Mitsubishi Galant ES that I purchased from Motor Mall and financed through their subsidiary Prime Finance that if any major went wrong with the car in the state of Florida that they (Motor Mall) would repair the issue or replace the car. I went ahead with the purchase in September 2017. I advised *** at that time that I mobed back to the United States due to having End Stage Renal Failure and was presently staying in Jacksonville while my sister was in The Bahamas but eventually I plan to move to Fort Lauderdale. I specifically asked if anything outside of regular maintainence and wear and teat occured in South Florida if I would still be covered and was assured by *** that it would be. On Saturday, June 16th , on my way to work my son noticed a weird noise. Then minutes later, I heard it also. Then the car made a Clunk noise and the car would not accelerate or reverse. any gear we put it in , the car made a revving noise but did not move. A animal control officer assisted my son with pushing the car out of the middle of the street where it died to the parking lot of a nearby store. I called several times to Motor Mall and was denied access to a manager, hung up on repeatedly and told to bring the car in. When I asked how do I bring it in if it doesn't drive I was told to tow it. I asked what location in Fort Lauderdale to tow it to for repairs and was told wherever you willing to pay for the repairs from. I asked about my 3 year warranty that isn't even a year old and was hung up on again. My son has called and received the same response. I have called and left voice mail messages several days since then. I called Prime Finance and was told that I would be given a contact number for the service department and the lady Julie who answered stated she would sent an email. I advised them that if I can't get to work because the car is down then I can't pay for the car and I would appreciate a phone call or some kind of resolution. At this point, I don't want anything from them but my money back. I can not use the car to get to work or dialysis clinic or lab work to get on the transplant list or even doctor appointments.

Went to the dealership to purchase an Acura TL, they had the advertised price for the car @ $3099.00, and I had scheduled a test driver through their website for Wednesday 6/20/18. Upon arriving to the dealership, a salesman helped me track down the one I was looking for but told me they couldn't sell me the car because it had not gone through city inspections yet. He did proceed to show me a few more cars that were considered "ready to sale". Two of the were Cadillacs and one was a 2003 Infinity G35. None of them I was interested in but because I had totaled my 2011 Honda accord a few weeks prior and needed finding another car immediately to commute back and forth to work, which is an hour commute, I proposed a deal. They wanted $1000.00 down for me to get into the Infinity and I asked if there was any way that once the Acura TL had got inspected by the city if my down payment and car payments could go toward the Acura TL, they agreed to do this if I could put another $2000.00 down once it was inspected which was supposed to be no later than August 1, 2018. I agreed and happily signed away the paper work and processed the payment off my debit card, while their guys got the Infinity checked out and ready to go. The salesman told me that the infinity needed a battery because it had been sitting for a little while and they were going to put one in for me. While signing the paperwork quickly with excitement I noticed that you have 24 hours after putting a down payment on a car that you could request a refund, I didn't finish reading the rest of the paragraph feeling like I'm in good hands. I hadn't heard anything bad about this dealership and a few friends refer me to the dealership for cheap used vehicles in great condition, which is another reason why I chose them. What I didn't notice in the paragraph is that it states after a lease agreement/ purchase agreement is filed you cannot request a refund. After all the paperwork the salesman called into the shop to make sure the car was ready and that it was gassed up. He told me that they were bringing it to the gas station and I could wait in the other building and he would pull it up front for me. After about 15 minutes I walked out to where the car was sitting to put my things in the car and he walked over to me and said do I want the bad news first or the good news, I stated" I only wanted good news", I just paid you guys everything I have towards a car I know I’m going to love I thought to myself. He told me that because they switched the battery the cars safety system needed to be reset and there wasn't a mechanic that could do it until tomorrow, it was at about 5:30pm. I was disappointed yet I understood and he tried to start the car to show me What he was talking about. The car attempted to turn over and he looked shocked then he tried it again and it turned over and stated to run. He looked back at me and said I just these guys just couldn't get it started. I smiled seemed like things were going to work out after all. He then went to gas the car up and brought it back to me. It wasn't the car I wanted but it felt pretty good to be back on the road after this long ordeal with having my previous car totaled out. Before I left he told me that if there was anything wrong with the car to make a list and they would get it fixed and we shook hands. The car drove good and had such a sporty feel to it, I was excited to show my brother as I made my way home. I noticed that it only had a 1/4 tank of gas and was though it was strange to get a car from a dealership with that amount of gas, yet figured maybe they don't fill up the cars before selling them. I got on the highway and the car stated vibrating terribly. Me and the salesman had noticed the tires weren't so great and he told me he would send me across the street with a check so they can get new ones put on once I came back to make my first payment, which I agreed to. After riding it on the highway it felt so unsafe, I figured I would stop by the shop on my way home from work the next day and see if we could get them done asap. After getting home and showing my brother the car I went to the gas station to get gas and when I opened the gas cap door which didn't have the locking mechanism, it was supposed to have I was surprised to see that there wasn't even a gas car on the tank. At this point I’m starting to think that the deal I made was too good to be true. How could a car dealership say that a car was ready you be sold with bad tires and no gas cap. I figured that maybe it was just a mistake and maybe when they took the car to put it at 1/4 tank they lost the cap or something. I put some gas in the car and went home. The next morning, I went to start the car and head to work. The car wouldn't start and was making a single click sound, I tried it again with the same result. I then googled what could be causing this because I work an hour away and needed to head out asap. Google results told me that it maybe the car needed to be reprogrammed if the battery was replaced, could be the starter is no good, or could be an electrical issue. Just my luck I thought. I disconnected the battery and then reconnected the battery to see if this could possibly reset the car itself and help me get to work, after trying to turn over the car a few times its fired up. I was already running about 30 minutes behind and been called into work to let them know I was going to be late. while at work I called into Motor mall to tell them I was going to stop by once I left work around 3:30/4pm, no one answered the phone so I figured I would call them back again in a couple of hours. I parked the car in front of the dumpster at work forgetting that the dump truck guys would be picking up the garbage during my shift today. the dump truck guys came into the office to ask if we could move the car and stated that the back-passenger side tire was flat. Now I’m really getting upset, I’m having the worst luck ever with this car and I don't understand how a car could be considered ready to sale with so many issues, I had the shop guys put some air in the tire, I work at a local cab company, and went to start the car and it wouldn't start the first few times I tried to turn it over. after the 3rd attempt it finally started and I moved the car into the shop to have the mechanics check the tire because it seemed it had a slow leak. It did turnout to have a hole and slow leak and the guys patched the tire for me. At this point I feel like this is bad business and I rather go someplace different to try and purchase a car. I called the dealership again and finally got someone on the line, I told the young lady everything that happened and she said she would email the salesman that took car of deal I made with them letting him know after I got off work I was returning the car and wanted to get my money back to use as a down payment with a more reliable dealership. Once I got out of work I when to the car to start it and once again was having issues. I kept trying to start it and this time it wouldn't turn over even with disconnecting the battery. I had our lead mechanic look at it and he tapped the starter while I attempted to start it again and it turned over finally. He stated that he thinks it and electrical issue because the starter appeared to be good. I made my way to the dealership quite upset and hot because the ac wasn't blowing out cold as much as it should be and it was a really hot day. Upon arriving to the dealership, I grabbed my belongings and went into the office to speak with the salesman that put me into the car and started to tell him everything that happened. Once I stated I didn't want the car and I wanted my money back. Another salesman that overheard our conversation said, " I'm going to tell you right now, the owner doesn't give anyone their money back". I stated that I notice I had 24hrs to change my mind and ask for a refund and the salesman that took care of all the paper work stated that at the end of the paragraph it stated that once the lease agreement is signed there is that you couldn't request a refund. He also stated that they would fix everything wrong with the car and I would have to pick it up tomorrow. I stated that I didn't want to do business like this and all the things wrong with this car should have been fixed before anyone could say that this car is ready to be sold. I asked him if he thought its fair for them to sell a car with so many problems to a new customer and tell them to make a list of things wrong with it and ask them to drop it back off find a ride home and pick it back up the next day. He agreed that that wasn't fair what so ever, yet I could not get my money back because of the paper work I signed clearly stated once the lease agreement was signed a customer couldn't ask for a refund. At that point all I wanted nothing to do with the car, the dealership or the agreement we made. I asked if there was anything I could do to cancel this lease agreement, he stated I could sign a document saying I was surrendering the car back to the dealer and that I couldn't just leave the car with the dealership because they would be liable for the car. After thinking long and hard about the situation and realizing that I was going to lose the $1,000.00 I saved up to put down since I totaled my car I honestly figure my best bet was to get out of this situation completely and take it as a hard lesson learned. I still proceeded to sit down with another gentleman and explain everything that was wrong with the car so hopefully the next person that was in my shoes didn't get worked over like I did. I signed the paper work and left with one last comment, " what happened to me is bad business and I hope the next person that comes in for a car get treated better and that you guys realize I was willing to lose a $1000.00 because I didn't want to do any business with you guys with everything that happened and hopefully you guys can really make sure a care is ready to go and has basic necessities before you tell a new customer its ready. I also stated I would never recommend the dealership to anyone, the spare tire they had in the truck wasn't even in a condition to be used which was yet another thing that was so wrong with this situation.

I purchased a car from dealership and got it financed through their company prime finance.I paid of the car ealry on 11/17/18. I have been to the dmv multiple time trying to obtain the title for my car and they imformed me that they still have a lein in my car so I cant get the title until rhey do their part. I have called mutiple times and they always say they will fix it but clearly never do.

didn't want to help me, more interested in talking to a female customer whom was already being helped. Craigslist had a car for $2399, they said it's in the back in bad condition. I said I still wanted to see it and *** said it would be $5999 when it's done. I said I'll take it how it is and how it's advertised and he said they can't. Wasted time and money getting here for that.

purchased/leased a vehicle from the "Motor Mall", on 2/23/2018, late in the evening. After leaving the dealership with the car, I realized there was some issues with the transmission and other costly problems. The following morning, I returned the car to the dealership. Per the contract that was signed, I had 24 hours from the time the payment was made to request a refund. However, when I returned the car, I was told that I could not be refunded my deposit and that they could either fix the car or they could put me in another vehicle. If I chose to be put in another vehicle, I would have to take it "as is". So I chose to let them fix the car. They have had my car for 2 weeks. They kept giving me dates that the car would be ready, but when those dates came around, all I got was an excuse and another date. So, when they told me that my car would be ready this past Tuesday and it wasn't, I decided to pay the dealership a visit, because I was upset and wanted answers. I purchased a car 2 weeks ago, that I haven't been able to drive yet. Once I arrived at the dealership, me and the guy who sold me the car, got into a verbal altercation. Immediately after the verbal altercation, I left.
The following day,I received a message from one of the salesman, notifying me that my car was ready. I had gotten approval, prior to this incident, for my mother to pick up the car on my behalf, because I had to work and would not be able to make it the dealership in time. So, after I was notified that the car was ready, my parents went to the dealership. The salesman told her she could not pick up the car for me. They said that I will not be getting my car back, due to the verbal altercation that happened the day before. They are refusing to refund my money and now they are refusing to return my car to me.

bought a vehicle in good faith from motormall on 02/21/2018. prior to making purchase we agreed that the lot would fix several things on car as a requirement of purchase. seat features and controls not functioning and locked in full back position, making it very difficult to reach gas and brake peddles, electronic key is broken and missing a button, tpms system is showing that it is requiring maintenance and that all 4 tires were to be replaced due to unsafe condition of 2 of the tires. all repairs were agreed upon and sale proceeded with the understanding that repairs would be made. we were also instructed to drive vehicle and see if there were other items that needed repair and make a list. we completed paperwork and put deposits down but had to come back next day to get tires put on due to late time. Sun Tire sold us the tires and performed the agreed upon alignment due to no proper sized tires being available at the tire shop the chose for us. during installation of tires the technician stated that there were no tire sensors in any of the wheels. I made multiple attempts to contact the dealer for approval to install new sensors as needed by vehicle, but no one would respond. sensors cost 59.99 per unit for 4 units. totaling over $240 plus tax. the car now had no tires and we had to decide if we wanted to walk home or not so we chose to install the needed sensors during tire installation. So with purchase and installation of tires bill came to over 100 dollars. tires and sensors alone were $791 plus taxes. when we got back to car lot they told us they would only pay 40 per tire and would not pay for any of the tpms sensors that they had agreed to fix. the vehicle has 19 inch rims and the cheapest tire available was 137 per tire. they wouldn't pay. Motormall is also requiring me to leave my vehicle with them for my entire vacation if I want to have seat fixed. they stated they will not honor if I bring it back the following week. I cannot trust that this company will honor their word to fix while leaving my vehicle unattended on their property for 2 weeks.

On the company website it states that EVERY VEHICLE is provided a warranty and that every vehicle has a 7 day return. I had requested a refund due the the stated 100% customer satisfaction guarantee within the 24 hour period written on paperwork. Travis said I could return my car but they would not be giving my money back. the company representative travis stated that I could only get my money back if I didn't sign the purchase agreement and since I signed the papers there was no refund at all. papers stated that there is a 7 day return policy and there is a 24 hour period to get your money back. they are also forcing me to keep the warranty or they won't fix the driver and passenger seats. so now I am stuck paying for a worthless warranty to a company that has not lived up to its end of the deal and they have my money.
purchase price was 6999. was told that I had to get the 2000 dollar warranty if I was going to finance vehicle and that I couldn't buy the warranty if I paid cash. after deposits were made the decision to buy car out right. was told at that point that I would have no warranty at all and they wouldnt fix my car if I paid cash even though the promise to fix was made as a prerequisite of purchase. at this point I requested a refund and return of the car. the sales person stated I could return car but I would not get my money back and would have to get another car from them. One other thing is that if I pay off car prior to 6 months I forfeit the warranty that was listed in price. they want to keep their customers paying their insurance (mine is 145 per month) and 29% interest or you also loose the $2000 and the warranty. pure scam.

This company is practicing predatory lending practices as well. they are getting large deposits on their vehicles then charging 29% interest on there loans and telling the people that finance through them they need to buy the company insurance on top of having to buy your own insurance to cover liability. the goal of this company isn't to sell affordable vehicles. it is to get large deposits then charge outrageous interest and buy the company insurance and worthless warranty so the customer ties up all there money into purchase then can't afford the payments. this leads to a repossession or voluntary surrender and Motormall gets to "resell" the same car over and over. Sales person Travis Bragged that OVER half of sold vehicles during the busy tax season come back to Motormall due to non-payment, so the company can just sell the car to someone new.

The now have over 6000 of my money hostage and are refusing to make things right. this company has proven themselves untrustworthy and unscrupulous. they are taking advantage of people that have very few choices for decent cars and set them up for failure to the benefit of Motormall and the sales staff.

represented that I was purchasing a car for $7499 financed for 36 months with no prepayment penalty. He indicated the only issue with the car was a loose bumper and the car and been fully inspected. As we signed paperwork he misrepresented what each document meant. When my wife looked at the paperwork later she discovered that I had actually leased the vehicle for $7999 with a prepayment penalty and a salvage title. This was not my understanding in all of the hours I spent with *** and he purposefully misled me as to what each document was and what it meant.

Horrible bait and switch. do not do business with.

Was there Saturday to purchase a Chrysler 300. Down payment was $1300.00. We have the money in the account, but it still came back as declined. Showed them on mobile app that the payment was processing. Would not let us leave with the car. Even after calling the bank with them listening. Here it is 5 days later. No money and no car. They have not batched out their system yet. Which would also explain why everyone receives late penalties and it only processes when they batch out. I know this because I use to work with the same form of procassing. So, even though it came back as declined, they still wanted a separate transaction for their "insurance" they require you to have on top of yours!! I said he'll no. All I want is my money back. I've contacted a lawyer. If they don't batch out by tonight, they will be hearing from him. Im hoping that when they batch out, the payment will kick back to my bank. HOWEVER, if it doesn't, that means I will never get my money back from them because they have to reject the transaction and that will take even longer. You CAN'T get a hold of them over the phone. Don't bother trying to call. And their sticker prices are down payments only. Do not listen to the Google User reviews, look them up on the Revdex.com! Wish we would have done this before we thought they had good reviews. They are arrogant aes that don't give a damn about you, just your money.
