I did not receive my pump back in the same condition I dropped it off in, in fact I got it back in a box and this company broke my impeller for my pump, they completely disassembled my pump which did not need to be taken apart and broke it. I am currently filing a claim through the court system suing the company for a new pump. I have witnesses that will testify the condition of the motor/pump before It was dropped off.

Motors taken in at Motor Power are returned to the customer un assembled when the customer does not want work done. This in following UL rules. If the item is not in working (repaired) order cannot return it assembled. In the case of Mr. [redacted]'s spa pump the impellar was broken in half when we opened the pump up. We glued it together. There were several things w[redacted]g with the pump and motor that had to be fixed before we could test to see if it was salvageable. This is why it ended up repaired. Mr. [redacted] thought the cost was too much. So, we took our new parts out and undid our repairs. We did not break the impeller we returned as found when we opened the pump. We are sorry Mr. [redacted] is unhappy. There is nothing more than we can offer.

The work order provided by the company made no mention that the impeller was broken in half, This company has zero customer relation skills, when a customer declines having work done it seems customary to return their equipment in worse shape then it was dropped off in, I have witnesses that will testify in court to the "condition" of my pump, I have all the paperwork provided by MPI (work order) and no where on there does it say the impeller was broken, FACT2: how could any company in good conscience "Glue" an impeller together that spins at 3450 RPM,  and call it repaired?  I would like a copy of these back and forth emails so that I may support my claim even further in court that this business openly denied my impeller was broken, then admitted he broke my impeller because he "fixed" it with glue in the first place.  Vengeance is what this company seeked after I denied the repairs.
