Mrs. [redacted] Came to my lot on March 21 2016 searching for my help after her previous vehicle had been reposed and was without a car. Having a friendly history with her mother, I decided to help. After searching and test driven she decided to purchase a 2007 Mazda CX7. All...

paperwork was signed and agreed upon.  On March 29th  Mrs. [redacted] called me and informed me about a weird smell that caused her concern , to which I told her that I would be able to take a look at it for her. The vehicle was brought in around May 13 2016 for repairs. She explained she couldn't prior because she had no other source of transportation. To help Mrs. [redacted] a loaner car was provided free of charge while the repair was addressed. Vehicle was repaired on May 17th and Mrs. [redacted] picked up on May 18th 2016. Mrs. [redacted] made her first payment that was due on 04/21/16 two weeks after it was due. Her account is being financed by me, it is an in-house deal. I decided to sell my account to [redacted] Finance and the account was transferred under their lien holder information. After witch I was informed that they no longer wanted to buy this deal because they were told in the customer interview and I quote " This car is a piece of st, don't finance it because I do not plan to pay for it" from Mrs. [redacted]. I was unaware that Mrs. [redacted] had sabotaged the selling process between the companies. Since then Mrs.[redacted] has been extremely rude demanding her down payment back and maintaining her account delinquent for what is now 3 payments past due. She has threaten to get rid of the vehicle if I do not return her down payment in form of CASH.  My resolution will be settled when Mrs. [redacted] returns my vehicle in good faith if she no longer wants or cant make payments to. Otherwise the vehicle will be subject to repossession for lack of payment and failure to keep and maintain promises made on the retail contract agreement. I would like Mrs. [redacted] to understand that [redacted] is a Buying Lender and not her finance company. I have and continue to keep ownership of her contract. If she continues to fail on fulfilling her duties under the contract and continues to maintain the vehicle at what ever means, I will have no other option then to move on to a civil law suite against her for the remaining contract amount.
