she purchased through them covers many more components of her vehicle than powertrain coverage
Ms***'s coverage was set to expire at 101,miles or on May 31, 2019...whichever comes firstWhen she requested cancellation of her coverage, she gave us mileage of 83,Prorated refunds are based on time and mileage used, per the contracts terms and conditionsBase on the mileage given, no refund was due to Ms***
As a gesture of goodwill, we will figure her prorated refund by days rather than miles (as she had used a very high amount of miles) She will be receiving a prorated refund by days totaling $She should receive that refund in 10-days

Mr. [redacted]'s service contract is with and administrated by United Car Care.  He has spoken to representatives of United Car Care's claim department regarding this claim.  According to United Car Care's notes, an independent inspector United Car Care contracted, was sent out to review and...

inspect Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle and stated that this was a long term failure and deemed it as a pre-existing to the contracts effective date failure.If Mr. [redacted] has any complaints or disputes regarding this claim denial, he would need to file them with the Denver Revdex.com toward United Car Care, ** [redacted], as stated in his contract.  United Car Care has an A+ rating with the Revdex.com and resolves any disputes through the Denver Revdex.com, as stated in the contract.If Mr. [redacted] would like to cancel his coverage for any reason, we can take care of that for him.  He would just need to call the customer service number...for cancellation...[redacted], or let us know through this complaint.Otherwise, any complaint related dispute would need to be directed to United Car Care through the Denver Revdex.com.
