We are declining refund to the customer for fluid flushing and anti freezeThis was the first step that could be done to address the overheatingThe customer was made aware of the oil leaks when the car was inspectedHe declined repairHe was advised oil was found in the fluids and if he does not address this it will affect the components of the vehicleCar still over heatedCustomer was upset that it did not workAgain he was advised of the oil issueThe manager went to [redacted] on a request of Good Will to cover the expense of the next step of repair without again addressing the oil leaksWe covered the next repair in excess of $1,He was advised that this was covered in oil as wellCustomer wanted a refund of the cost of the repair he coveredHe was declined because the 2nd step to the repair was covered by usWe are not absorbing all the cost of his repairsThe repairs are not faulty but due to the lack of the customer addressing the real issue the over heating will continueWe assisted to the best of our abilities working within he parameters set by the customer
