I called Motorcars LTD LLC on Wednesday May 2nd to ask about a Chevy Tahoe Talked with [redacted] and set up a time to meet the next day Thursday May 3rd which I didThe vehicle had not been inspected yet so I asked If it could be inspected before I bought the vehicle they said Put down a deposit of $and they would get it inspected The next day Friday May within 24hours I called [redacted] and explained I could not Buy the vehicle due to another work van needed repair [redacted] said no problem We will give you your $deposit backWent there today The owner? Said no I can not have my deposit back *** the salesman apologized for the owner not giving my deposit back

I purchased a 2006 Crown Victoria P71 July 5, 2018 and it came without a warranty. Before I purchased it the check engine light was on and you told me it needed a computer and you would order one. I have been calling you about the part and each time I call either the owner, ***, is not available or it has not come in. I have also made a lot of repairs to get it to pass emission inspection. 

Mr*** purchased the car AS IS no warrantyWe are not responsible for any issues that happen with the car after purchaseHe signed the document agreeing to thisI will say it did not pass inspection right away because of a bad wiper motorI paid $to have a brand new one installedAgain,
he is responsible for the car and he was aware of this at time of purchase

I am rejecting this response because: They didn't offer a warranty and it should of not pass inspection with dry rotted tires and no windshield wiper blades

I bought a car from them at a different address Josephville Rd in Wentzville No It's been a week and have yet to receive the title When I tried to call and resolve this matter they talk down to you and remind you all sales are final
