MotorCars of Kalamazoo didn't file the paperwork for my car registration and title
On April 19, I went to MotorCars of Kalamazoo MI located on Sprinkle Road to sign contract paperwork for a Chevy MalibuAfter being handed the car keys to the vehicleTony (car sales representative) told me that it would be to days and my license plate would be availableMay 1, I contacted Tony, asking for my license plateHe said that he would need to give me another temporary plate because he was having issues getting the official license plateImmediately I contacted the loan company and Heather from *** Auto Finance said that the car loan had never been approved for the vehicle because their were to many miles on the vehicle and *** Auto Finance desired for MotorCars of Kalamazoo to lower the price on the vehicle because of the mileageIn order for *** Auto Finance to approve the loanHeather also said that until the loan was processed I didn't have a

Used vehicle has had multiple issues and dealership has failed to deliver second key
I bought a used Audi Qfrom this dealershipAt the time of purchase the salesman, ***, said they would have a second key for the car brought from the Lansing locationThis was in NovemberIt is now nearly March and they have yet to bring me the second keyI have spoken with the manager, ***, several timesHe said *** is no longer with the company and he doesn't know where the second key isHe said *** failed to put a "we owe you a key" note on the paperworkThe salesman failing to do his job on behalf of the company is not my responsibilityHe has said he would speak to "his boss" about a resolutionIn the three months this has been going on, this organization has yet to return a single one of my phone callsShortly after I purchased the vehicle I had to replace the battery, a brake warning light is on, and one of the speakers went outI casually mentioned this to *** just

my mechanic told me that my $warranty that I got back in October wasn't even active there was no record of me!
The guy *** at motorcars was really rude back when I bought that truck made a lot of empty promises but after the first time I had to come there and sit to wait for them to put a new battery in my truck and had to sit there for hours just for them to put a battery in and he was really rude so I didn't want to go back there but when I just found out that my warranty that I payed for months ago was never even active I went there and I showed him my warranty and told him it wasn't active and he called and they said they had no record of it and he said there fax machine must have been broke I told him I just wanted my money back and he said no that's not possible and he said he had to activate it and fax it to the company I told him I wanted to wait and get a second opinion and he would not give me back my paper until he was done faxing it I kept asking him to hand it

I was lied to about a part being replaced after buying the vehicleAlso experiencing "old" electrical issues with the vehicle only months after buy
BUYER BEWARE
Do NOT ever buy a car from this establishment*** is a liar, a con artist, the biggest scammer I have ever dealt with!!!! My GMC Yukon, which I just bought in September/October, for $22,is now in the shop needing electrical workI called *** a few days ago to make him aware of the issue and to also ask him about the part he promised to replace when we bought the car.....1st red flag; "I don't have a service shop or mechanics right now" how convenient right?! Next he tells me I have to take it to a GM dealership, so I called oneThey quoted me over the phone for a service fee and explained the process in full detail about how they workI call *** again....2nd red flag "you bought a used car what do you expect, even if you bought a new car they are determined to have issues eventually" NOT WITHIN MONTHS OF

Engine light was on in new vehicle purchased and dealer said they would fix it then later refused after car was purchased
On May 18, we purchased a Chevrolet Equinox from Motrocars of Kalamazoo The engine light was on while test driv*** the car MrKeith K*** (Sales Manager) read the code and said it was "cam shaft sensor" and they would take care of it if it came back on after he cleared the code
When we returned to pick up our plates on June 1st, we told MrK*** that the engine light was on again He then read the code again and said it was com*** up two different codes After consult*** someone on the phone, he said the tim*** chain replacement codes were com*** up and that would be covered under the month/3,mile warranty provided for us through "*** ***" We could go to any garage, but if he took it to their garage in Lans*** the $deductible would be waived We let him take it to Lans*** and when he brought it back on J
