I won a vehicle auction on *** Saturday, Feb.18thI gave my $deposit and began applying for credit to finance the final purchase price
The dealership then emailed and said they would not honor the deal because someone had cancelled a bid several days prior to the end of the auctionThey then refunded my deposit
The following statement was included in the eBay advertisement:
"THIS IS NO RESERVE AUCTION AND WILL BE SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER!!!"
Beyond the time I have spent searching for a vehicle, researching the M35h and following the auction, after winning the vehicle I applied for credit with two banks which is going to impact my credit score

My wife and I purchased a red Lexus IS350C from Motor Cars of Nashville, downtown location The VIN# is: ***XXXXXXX and the total price we paid was $29, This was paid by check The car was advertised on *** for $ 27, with a $gas card to buyer with purchase of this car We purchased the car on July 24th, The gas card was promised with the title paperwork in the mail, within weeks of the purchase The gas card did not come with the title Since that time, I have inquired times about the gas card, with empty promises that Tim would look into it Finally, after the 4th inquiry, we received a gas card for $ on September This is way less that what was advertised and promised by Tim the salesman

I purchased a used infinity from this company for $24,000 that still had a warranty. It broke down 34 days after the sale, the engine was shot, and upon taking it to Infiniti for repairs since it was supposed to be under warranty. We were told that the warranty was void since the previous owner never changed the oil. When calling motorcars of Nashville to exchange the car since they sold us a faulty product, they didn't want to take any responsibility. It took a month before they agreed to exchange the car, but we had to pay them another $3000 for the exact same car with almost identical mileage. This was on top of the $1000 we had to pay in towing fees and to infinity for diagnostics since the warranty was void. The customer service was terrible, the quality of the product was terrible, and they liked to threaten me with attorneys throughout the whole process. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY!!!!!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. As out of town buyers, we needed to be able to trust whomever we were going to deal with. They went above and beyond our expectations. The entire deal was done in less than an hour after I picked the car I wanted.
