We had sent Mr*** multiple emails I am sorry that he did not receive them We later verified that they had been sent to him, but had gone into his spam folder The sales rep also followed up by phone I was not prevy to the phone conversation between Mr
*** and our sale associate I did speak with our sales associate and let him know that he can never speak with a customer in a less than professional manner I am sorry that we did not earn Mr***’s business It was in no way anything against him Our team will pay more attention to Spam filters in the future

When we sold Ms. [redacted] her Nissan we provided a vehicle history report through a company called [redacted]. This is the same report that we provide each customer that purchases a car from us. I don't know why the [redacted] report shows an accident report and not [redacted]. We had one of our technicians...

look at the vehicle and we believe that the front bumper may have been hit. However the front hood and side fenders were all original and don't appear to have ever been painted. The radiator looked fine and the vehicle does not appear to have any problems. Nissan is wrong about what they told the customer in regard to her warranty. Even if her car was in an accident it would not void her warranty. I am hoping that the Revdex.com could verify this for her and maybe she would believe us. The reason she took her car to Nissan was for a braking concern that would not be covered under warranty as no manufacture warranties brakes.

Im filing a rebuttal to the complaint against motorcars Toyota for failing to providing me with an explanation as to why the vehicle report([redacted])provided to me at purchase states my vehicle was accident free. I received a second report when I took my vehicle in to have Nissan check out my brake system .Nissan entered my vehicle vin #into the system and provided me with a vehicle report ([redacted])which states the vehicle was involved in an accident ib New York prior to my purchase.Nissan also provided a list of damages possibly caused by an accident to the front end of the vehicle.Listed was a broken radiator.transmission lines rubbing against the frame broken washer bottle etc. Originally motorcars says there was no accident now theyre saying its possible it was hit and the front bumper was replaced which means the report was false. Also on the [redacted] report from Nissan everything was the same as the the one received from motorcars exept the [redacted] shows the accident in which the vehicle was towed from the scene. So if motorcars would have told me in the beginning about the accident the 2014 Nissan Versa would not have been the car of my choice. I was not given a choice. I was sold a certified preowned vehicle that had previously been in an accident which was not disclosed to me. I want someone to explain to me how two reports that generate from the same place show two different versions . Take back this vehicle and offer me a replacement.
