This company is operating under the name of Alltrades. They've had my RV since December and my problems are consistent with the complaints listed. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Review: I ordered two RV recliners on April 25, 2013. (check # [redacted]) In the amount of $1940.00. These chairs were to be delivered in three weeks. We do not have the chairs yet. The company does not answer their telephone and if a message is left they do not call us back. We have gone to their place of business numerous times and they are not there. We left a phone message June 17th requesting a refund and we did get a call back that the chairs were being delivered and would be here June 20th. We have not heard from them since then. We have called them twice again and left a message with their new answering service, and still have had no response.Desired Settlement: refund in full

Review: Our RV was taken to Motorcoach Services in April for repairs, it was agreed upon that it would be ready in about 10 days. They called us on day 9 and informed us not ready, would be the next week. We were very disappointed as this messed up travel plans but accepted it as they could not find a part needed. What happened from there turned into a total nightmare. We would go days and days without hearing from them. We would call repeatedly (NEVER an answer) and it would take days to get a call back if at all. Twice we drove there to make sure our RV was in fact still there and to find out what was going on. We were given excuse after excuse and finally got the RV back two months later with only 1/2 of the agreed up repairs being "complete". Out of a list of five things that they supposedly done we only agree that ONE was completed properly. Other than that the RV was returned in WORSE shape than it was when we took it in. They asked we pay for 1/2 the estimate up front because it was several things that needed to be done and would be expensive. We paid $1753.75 down. When we got it back they did not charge us additional but according to the repairs they say the did and the cost of each we should have only owed $637.50. The RV now overheats, they left the pipe for the air intake unhooked. Supposedly they replaced the thermostat and fluids but we do not believe that they did. They also left off a hubcap completely and didn't even explain or tell us. And it now leaks oil which it did not do before. We also sent a letter to the Roanoke Revdex.com address with a copy of the bill they left for us in the RV (we picked it up after hours) and we wrote in what they did NOT do that they billed us for.Desired Settlement: We do agree one major repair was completed (fixing the park brake). According to their statement the part cost $300 and it was four hours of work. We would like proof that the part cost $300 ( we have asked for that but not received). IF the part was in fact $300 and labor is $75 an hour, total is $600. One other small repair we agree was done and that was billed at 1/2 hour. All other repairs listed as done were not completed so we would like a refund of $1116.25.

Review: In October 2012 I took my Motor Home to this business to have the following work done. 1. Install Invisble brake. 2. Install a Hot Rod water heater conversion kit. 3. winterize water system 4.Inspect RV. 5. Adjust awning. The RV was finally returned to me on July 3rd after nine months. Upon my inspection of my RV , I found that the only work that had been performed was the inspection. Also my GPS was missing and one of my window blinds was laying in the floor beyond repair. Also I have not had time to check but there could be possible freeze damage due to their failure to winterize the water system. I gave them a $1200.00 deposit which they have refused to return.Desired Settlement: My deposit be returned, my GPS returned and to make me whole for torn window blind and to repair any possible freeze damage.

Review: Star Motor-coach was paid in advance by [redacted] dealership in [redacted] Florida for replacement of a non-functioning oven in our 2008 Winnebago destination. The Star-motor coach company has not done the work and refuses to answer any calls from us. They did repair a faulty awning. However, the repair was not done correctly and it is broken again. We have been going through this process since April and at this point are extremely frustrated. We would like the Revdex.com to be are of the difficulties we have been going through with this business .Desired Settlement: We would like the money for the oven and other repairs not completed given to us so we can go elsewhere to get the work completed.
