Hi [redacted], [redacted] and I talked via telephone july 18, 2014 12:34 p.m..  It was a good conversation.  Got to know how he felt and how he thought he was treated.  We discussed a way to resolve...

this.  I don't like anyone being upset with me, us, or the way we conduct business. I been in the powersports business for 25 years and have never had to write a letter to the Revdex.com. That should say something.  [redacted] and I agreed on a split of the repair bill 50/50.  A check was written and mailed to him.  Thank you for the chance to settle this.

Hi [redacted].  You spoke to my general manager Angel E[redacted] earlier today regarding this ID #.  Years ago the bike was in here for some work.  Then it was sold (on [redacted]) to this person which lives in PA. Time passed and...

many miles later a problem with the unit arose. There were metal shavings and signs of a loss of lubrication in the engine.   This person, [redacted] worked on it then eventually took it to a local shop which told him the damage was done by someone.  So the finger was pointed at me.  This was taken to court and settled as no fault of mine.  Not sure why this is still an issue. [redacted] has never been a customer of mine.  Yes we worked on the unit,  but so did many others,  Previous owner, [redacted],  another shop in Pennsylvania.   Thank you for letting us explain.

No service provided: Kept property for 3 months exposed to the elements and no service was ever rendered.

In the resolution, I am not sure who is being compensated, " Victor"? ( id #[redacted] resolution)

Repair services were provided by:

Rapid Response Repair for ([redacted] VA [redacted]) Sep 27, 2014 for the sum of $380.00

A & E Performance for ([redacted] VA [redacted]) Oct 9, 2014 for the sum of $660.37

In the above resolution (id# [redacted]) this person mentioned is not me.....nor has any such resolution been negotiated. I talked with the service manager and he understood my position of displeasure with the services in which was promised (for 3 months) but never honored.

I do not consider this complaint resolved...can you assist?

The reason for (2) service suppliers (just my luck) the repairman was involved in a bad motorcycle accident and I was notified on their inability to repair the second Jet Ski (VA [redacted]) which is located on the same (double Jet Ski trailer) and both Jet Skis were available during all times...even during the (3 month awaiting repair period). So, they were taken to the A & E Performance was (VA [redacted]) Jet Ski was in fact repaired and paid for.Desired Settlement: Compensation for storage for (2) Jet skies ...for the time when no service provided (3) X $222.00 monthly

No charge for services not rendered...(not like previously stated on original complaint) at that time I was totally irate!

I do know, there is no way on God's green earth will this establishment ever receive business from me again. I am sure you can understand!
