Rubbed coating off wheel when installing tire. Then they played dumb as if they didn't do it.Had them install a tire. Asked them before hand if they had the proper machine to install a sport bike tire without scratching the wheel. Their answer was yes. Showed the main guy at the desk the wheel before they took it back to install the tire and told him again make sure they don't scratch it. They bring out the wheel after installing the tire and there's paint removed around the wheel edge. They acted like they couldn't of done that and offered no recourse....Motorcycle Madness responded to my [redacted] review with similar comments I received while at their business and it really upsets me.
