Classic Motors for a hobby. I bought about 8 so far with no problems. I started

Searching [redacted] Motor cycles and found Motorcycle [redacted] website where

Had a large website old [redacted] bikes so I contacted [redacted] and told

Him that I wanted to buy up to ten bikes that had original parts,like new,no rust

And collector bike quality, so ended up making a deal on five bikes and stated

That two of them he would put in his collection they were so nice.So we made

The deal 18,500.00 for five bike.He then gave me his bank info and said that

He wanted two checks for 9250.00 made out to [redacted] not motorcycle

[redacted] because he didn't won't to deposit that much money at one time,so I got

Cashier checks with next day delivery.Two days he sent the titles to all five bikes.

I then asked him about transportation and he call me back and said that he had

Somebody to delivery them for 300.00 a bike and I agreed that was a fair price

To get the bikes delivered. About 4 days later, the trucker gets to [redacted] calls me

For completed instructions and finally I was one excited [redacted] year man.

The truck drove into my lot and I went to meet to assist him. When I open

The door saw the first bike, I said oh my got the bike had been completely

Repainted and the tank and side cover didn't match,and I looked on the other

Side he had put a after market primary cover and he painted a medium gray

Which didn't match the bike, then we took bike out truck and I attempted to turn

On fuel and it started leaking gas and would not start, so we push it by hand

Under my carport I looked down & saw oil leaking out of the head. I'm know

Mad but held back.we then go after the second bike the [redacted] 450 which was

The first bike I owned when I was 15 years old,started inspecting it their was rust

Everywhere two back shock,taillight bracket under the gas tank,and big dent on

Mufflers and the battery was dead,I had a jump box, we hook it and could not get

It started and had to push it also,now I mad. So called [redacted] up and said

This not the bike you describe to me and you plus it leaking oil. He said no

That bike sitting on my floor and it never leaked, I said by way the [redacted] 450

That was my first growing is terrible rust all over,big dent on muffler, won't even run.

He said that he would call me back he was going check with the guy in the back

That they must have sent the wrong bikes.the next bike best of the bunch

Dead battery but we got started but had a gas leak.the next bike we took

Out was the bike he said he wasn't sure he wanted to sell it he might want it

For himself,got the out it was rough needed paint job& rust. This was funny, we go

Jump the battery there was no battery in the bike,we tried pushing it and it was real har

Because brakes were lockup,,he never heard this bike run or tested it. I all him I had he said

That bike had just came in , but he got it from a reliable source,he lied the bike

Sat their for week waiting for the transport truck oh, by the way he sent the

Right bikes after he talk to the guy in the back.at this point I was so mad

I couldn't think ant more I knew I got screwed. The next bike I didn't really want

But he talk me into be caused it was so clean,same story rust, battery had damage

The mufflers,wouldn't run. He called me back ,this was on a Friday and I'll fix

Up and will work it out Monday. I had to call him back two hours later, and gues

What,he disconnect his line and I have not talk him since
