email account and we did not receive them. Having said that, I am happy to respond to this complaint. I discovered [redacted]'s concerns reference a [redacted] review which he submitted approximately one month after his Motorcycle Safety Course. He made no attempt to call or email me about his concern reference to Mr. M[redacted] being armed while conducting the classroom portion of the safety course. I conducted an internal investigation and discovered that Mr. M[redacted] had been armed and immediately advised him to not conduct future classes while being armed. As a company, it is our paramount attempt to make every student feel safe and comfortable while attending any of our training. I contacted the majority of the 10 students that attended the same class as [redacted] and none of them indicated they were uncomfortable or threatened by Mr. M[redacted]. Please be advised that Mr. M[redacted] is a licensed Concealed Carry Permit holder in the state of Virginia. Mr. M[redacted] is a private business owner in addition to being an instructor for my company and at times, carries large amounts of cash, thus his onus for the permit. On the day of the course, Mr. M[redacted] was carrying his weapon within the regulations and laws set forth in the Virginia State Code. The course that [redacted] attended is called the Basic Rider Course. The course is conducted over a 2 day period lasting approximately 15 hours. The classroom portion is conducted in the first 4 hours of the course on the first day. [redacted] attended all segments of the course, graduated and received his Virginia Motorcycle endorsement. Phone numbers and contact information is provided to the students in all written correspondence. Several trailers at the scene of the riding range have our company telephone numbers advertised on them. I would hope that if [redacted] were truly concerned about the instructor being armed, he would have called the company telephone immediately so that a corrective measure could have been addressed.    Jeff T
