We spoke to the customer on 5/16/and 5/20/16, we inform him of the warranty process and forwarded him a return label so he could return the tire to us

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had to go to the manufacturer for a replacement because this business could not take care of this in a timely matterI needed this part before the weekend and after my experiance with this business and there lack of customer service I do not trust them to take care of the refund in a timeley matter eitherThey should of done what was right in the first place so I didn't have to take all these extra steps to get a resolutionThere for I will be returning the part to the company that made it because I trust they will handle it better than this fly by night outfit.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

This was an error on our part, our intent is to get our items out to the customer as stated on our web, of the three one shipped as stated and the other two did not go out until the next morning We will reach out to Mr [redacted] and as a customer service gesture offer him a discount for his troubles

We do apologize for the issue with the price matches and we will be more than happy to price match that order for you Being that you were placing the order thru [redacted] you will need to replace the order then call or email us with that order # The cancelled order # [redacted] has been noted that the price match will be honored and again we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.Thank you

We contacted Mr [redacted] and refunded him for the item, additionally, we issued him a gift check for $as a customer service gesture

Not one phone call or email was sent to me to try to obtain a "ALTERNATIVE" addressThe professionalism of this company is absolutely ridiculousAfter being promised on multiple occasions I would be contacted back, NOT ONE CALLI had to keep calling themThat is the only reason anything was done about this orderIt was then shipped to my house, now I have had to pay shipping for this product because the company could not for the life of any employee there figure out that they DO NOT ship to an APO boxIt was a simple error that should have been identified the first time they were calledThat would not have been an issueIt is the fact that they took a month and days to figure this outThen took an additional week to have it rushed to my house here in the states so that I could ship it to himGranted I am not sure how I was able to ship via UPS when they were not able toRegardless this company truly needs to work on there customer service skills as they do not have but probably around employees in the officeThey can figure out how to fix problems a lot quicker than making a customer wait on hold for 30-minutes at a time without any, "hey were still working on your issue."
