My car was repo'd when I am not behind on paymentsMy 2006 [redacted] was rep'd today 07/05/2014. I am not behind on any payments, I had a payment due today however motorpool is closed due to the holiday. I have every payment printed out from my debit card statement since the 1st of January to present date. Therefore, my car was unlawfully picked up. These people are complete crooks, please help me stop these people from selling overpriced cars that are driven for a few days before everything begins to happen to them.Desired SettlementI feel I should be reimbursed the money I have paid on this car for nearly 2 years, I have been out thousands of dollars in repairs and this people sell bad cars that are overpriced, they are a buy here pay here and they take advantage of people like me who are disabled and have less than perfect credit, It is not fair and not morally right. Thank you.Business Response This customer knows she was two biweekly payments behind. We had several conversations with her regarding her past due account. As far as repairs to her vehicle, not once did she mention any sort of a problem. As for her stating we were closed 7/5/14 she is wrong we were open and we called and spoke to her regarding her past due on 7/5/14. We have been in business for over 13 years and we sell quality vehicles. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I called their office at 10:00 a.m., XXX-XXX-XXXX, no answer, the only payment I owe for is $165.00 due on July 5,2014. They did not speak to me on July 5,2014, they spoke to me on July 7,2014 when I called and asked for a fax number to fax them my debit card statements and was refused, I had missed payments in November of 2013 due to being in the hospital for a week with a collapsed lung and being on a ventilator. In the month of December they picked up my car while I was off work on medical leave, I paid $1,300.00 to get the car back. I received a certified letter in the mail today, July 9,2014 telling me I can have the car back if I pay off the balance which is over $8,000.00. The [redacted] Book value on this car is less than $3500.00. I do not wish to do business with these people and they do not have quality vehicles, I test drove 3 different vehicles before I could find one that was drivable. I have already spoken to an attorney, Mr. [redacted] whom informed me the repossession was an illegal one and explained the laws for the state of Mississippi. Motor Pool does not sell quality vehicles, I have found several complaints against them on the web, I am just the only one that has reported them to the Revdex.com. If I am correct, they are not even accredited with the Revdex.com. My attorney has my documentation and has advised me how to proceed with court action. For this company to say the spoke to me on July 5, 2014 is a flat out lie. If you walked in their establishment, I believe you would see for yourself, nothing in their facility is of good quality.Final Business Response This customer is obviously upset that her vehicle was repossessed. We're not going to go back and forth like this. She is welcome to have her attorney contact us as we have done everything by law. Im sorry she is upset but she is being very untruthful with you.

I missed 2 of my doctors appointments due to me not having my car plus am disable I went into a light depression behind that due to the fact how I wasI brought the car on june 6 2015 and when I test drove the car the worker was in it I said the engine light is on he said it will go off ok it did not,so all doing june I was calling there suzanne [redacted] was like you have to pay to get it fix,ok the gas hand did not work either ok that turn out to be the float ok still let it pass,so july 2. 2015 I paid my 1 st note july 18th 2015 my car stop and turn out it was the timer chain on it I had it pull to them and lord am already a sick person when I left there I was sick foreal I had to take my nerve meds and blood pressure pills cause I was upset ,ok call and check on my car july 21 2015 and she said over a $1000 to get it fix mind you I only get a 1st and 3rd check she wants me to pay half witch is 539 plus my car payment witch is 300 then the other half when its ready plus I told them I had 2 kids going to school the way they treated me was hurtful and wrong now am swithout $900 and wondering what am going to do and how to get to the doctor ,I can't sleep are eat behind this am hurt because how can somebody do peoples like that and trust me they is rudeDesired SettlementIf not a my money give me half of it back because my first payment was on july 2. 2015 and my car broke down July 18 I have not even drove my payment out yet,then give me something for my pain because this really hurted me because how can someone do peoples like that half my money back is ok then I can go and try and find me a car to get to the doctorsBusiness Response 1ST CLASS AUTO SALES1570 HIGHWAY 51 SOUTH HERNANDO,MS XXXXXAUGUST 24, 2015RE: Revdex.com CASE #XXXXXXXXTO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN IN RESPONSE TO CLAIM: MS.
