Spoke to an Equifax employee, and I spoke with her about taking my next steps to get the car loan put on my report.  She was very confused as to why it had not pushed over to my report because she could see it on her end from January 31,2014, whatever she did worked. I can now see it on my end.  I appreciate all of your help today and I am working on the Revdex.com complaint now. Thank you again and have a super week!

To whom it may concern;
This letter is in response to a complaint from [redacted], complaint id # [redacted].  Motormax
Financial Inc.  is at a loss as to the
validity of this complaint.  The customer
has made accusations that are false and totally unfounded.
In Mrs. [redacted]’s complaint she states that Motormax
Financial would not work out a payment plan with her, however, on 1-31-2013the
customer paid $250.00 and was granted a deferment of the January payment.  This allowed the customer to skip the January
8th payment and put her account back on track.  On February 13, 2013 the payment was returned
by the bank as insufficient.  Mrs. [redacted]
was notified of the return item and was advised that she would need to pay the
$250.00 plus a $25.00 nsf charge.  At
this time her account was in delinquency by 64 days.  On March 7, 2013 Mrs. [redacted] was notified of
her account being due for 527.49.   While
speaking to the representative she indicated that she was unable to make the
payment due to her income had been reduced.
Mrs. [redacted] offered to pay $175.00 per month, but was advised that
Motormax is unable to take partial payments.
The customer responded that she can’t afford the vehicle any longer and
at that time was advised that we could arrange to pick up the vehicle.  Mrs. [redacted] indicated to the representative
that she would not let us pick up the vehicle because it was a gift to her.
After consideration of all options Motormax made a decision
to place the vehicle in a repossession status on April 1, 2013.  On April 8, 2013 the vehicle was secured by
our recovery agent.  On April 10,

2013, the customer phoned the office and asked if we would
accept $5000.00 as a settlement, she was asked by the collection manager, [redacted], if she had $5000.00 to offer.
She replied no, she did not. At that time Mr. [redacted] advised her to
contact him back once she had the funds available.  At that point, Mr. [redacted] advised her, if
she did not have the funds, she would have to pay the account in full in order
to get the auto back.
On April 24, 2013, Motormax received a hand written letter
from Mrs. [redacted] requesting a public sale of her auto.  On April 25, 2013, Motormax sent a letter to
Mrs. [redacted] advising the vehicle would be available for public sale as of April
29, 2013 at the Augusta Auto Auction located at 1200 East Buena Vista Ave,
North Augusta, SC.   Mrs. [redacted] was
advised, in the letter, to contact the Augusta Auto Auction with the
information provided to her in the letter, and the auction would provide her
with the run date and time of the event.
Per our conversations with the Augusta Auto Auction, Mrs. [redacted] spoke
to them on several occasions and was advised of the dates and times of the
sales.  She did not show at any of the 3
sales.  The vehicle was liquidated on May
15, 2013.
It is the belief of Motormax Financial Inc. that every
opportunity was extended to Mrs. [redacted] to enable her to maintain ownership of
the vehicle and at no time was her rights violated.
If you have any questions or need any further information,
please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
