NEVER FOUND THE INFORMATION REGARDING ABOUT THE CAR THEY TRADE IN THEY DID CAME BACK LAST WEEK WHICH WAS FRIDAY AND WE DID CALL THE BANK AND TOOK CARE OF THAT SITUATION

I do not agree with the statementWe have been up to Motors Driven several times attempting to get this debt paidFor *** to say that he did not have this information is untrueWe have been in contact with *** and his brother (the other owner) at least once a week since the collection calls began and when we first realized the trade had not been paidWe have given them information for *** Financial on more than one occasionEach time we contacted them or went up to the dealership we were told that the payment was either taken care or it would be taken care ofThey have never addressed the fact that they did not have information to payAt one point, we were even told this was paid and that Toyata has cashed the check, but when I called the next day we were told it was not paid but will be wired right awayThat also did not happenWhen we went to Motors Driven this past Friday, *** mentioned to me that he apologizes for taking this long to pay and that he was having financial issues that prevented them from paying on timeHe never mentioned that the reason he did not pay was because he had missing informationI understand he was in a bind...however, in the meantime *** was still pursuing collections and it was hurting our credit reportThat is unacceptableIf we were told upfront that they were not in the position to pay, we would've taken the car back and paid it off ourselves instead of getting daily collection calls from *** FinancialI do agree with the last statement, *** has since taken care of this payment and we picked up the check today so the case may be closed but I just wanted to make that statementThank you for your time
