I do not accept the response from this business because they are not forthcoming at all and continue to be soWe've sent emails to them which they've ignored regarding important questions they do not want to answerWe need answers from them at this point regarding: The amount of the refund received from the warranty company? the date they received this refund check? and a copy of the cancelled checkThey've done nothing on behalf of my concerns or followed through on nothing at all regarding this issue and I truly believe they were hoping I would forget about this so they could keep the moneyAs far as the response they never told me about this cancelled check and I just don't believe anything they're saying and need some evidencePlus I need to know the interest they said they'll pay for along with the check because again I believe they will try and get away with this too and I will not let them at this pointThey had ample time to do this right before I even had to get Revdex.com involved and I won't be satisfied anymore until what I asked for is done
