The customer applied for financing and the application was submitted to banks for approvalAny dispute the customer has with inquiries would need to be disputed throughout the credit bureau(s) that report them.The customer had been informed as to what was needed for financing and for them to take delivery of vehicleThe customer was also advised to fax or email information before arrival to insure all credit criteria was met up-frontThe customer brought insufficient information and also misstated the income on the credit application they filled out.There is never a cause to use vulgar or obscene language in any environmentI had a meeting with all concerned and they disputed the statements made by the customer and insisted the customer had been rude and offensive.I do apologize that the customer left dissatisfied and wish to apologize that we were not able to earn their business

We placed a company vehicle on consignment with %Motors The vehicle was sold according to their staff However, they have been very slow in forwarding to us our proceeds from the saleCalls to the dealership have resulted in no progress Their staff say that only the "owner" can issue the check for the payment due us and he is away on "family business" Requests that the owner be contacted and arrange a wire transfer of funds into our bank account have been met with resistance Their response is "we don't usually do that"Their staff insists that they do not "play with (our) customers" but their business practices are less than professional and most certainly not timely

I am submitting a very negative review based on my dealings with this dealership I was going to purchase a BMW 328x drive yesterday I had dealt with Robert for about two weeks through email and phone I live hours away from this business so Robert assured me by sending me pictures, sending me the CARFAX, that this vehicle was in mint condition, no dents, scratches or accidents We agreed on a price and my husband and I drove up to Downers Grove, hours from our residence When we arrived, the building looked very dingy, poorly maintained Robert greeted us and we proceeded to go look at the car We immediately saw scratches all over the vehicle which Robert did not let me know about We left immediately and told him we would be reporting this to the Revdex.com I was ready to purchase this car, my husband took a whole day off of work to go and complete this purchase and Robert lied to us about the condition of this vehicle He kept stating that this wasn't his fault Took no responsibility for telling us lies Would not recommend dealing with this shoddy business
