First of all I didn't say that I didn't what to reinstall the rubber in fact I have to to see what's going on with this thing and second what's the big deal about just me returning this item and getting my money back that's all I want is my money back,it's not working for me so I would just like to return it. Making a mountain from a mole hill as they say can that happen or will that bankrupt them!? Again l'm not a wealthy man being on disability it took me awhile to save up to buy this and to install it as well so I don't think it's really fair to treat someone ( customer) like this so I'll leave it up to your conscience and to the person that's helping me with this at Revdex.com.
