claim was paid by credit card in the amount of $in AugustWe called Pay Plus and asked them to send a paper checkA check was mailed on 09/03/for $The check has never been received and we have followed up with TML regarding not receiving the check that was mailed on 09/03/per *** at TMLWe have since followed up on this claim on 11/11/15, 11/12/15, 12/01/15, 12/22/15, 01/04/16, 01/18/16, 01/28/16, 02/04/16, 02/10/16, 02/11/16, 02/16/16, 02/25/16, 02/29/16, and today 03/01/Each call with *** between 10/15/15-02/04/We were told that a check tracer would be issued, a rush has been put on the check tracer, they were sending out a new checkIt was on 02/10/that *** *** from the claims department at TML called and said that she was researching the problem and that a check tracer had NEVER been issuedShe said that the issue laid with PayPlus and they had NEVER been contacted regarding the un-cashed and un-received check. Until payment is received in this office this complaint will be unresolved

*** *** *** *** ***. Due to no receipt, IEBP initiated a check tracer on 1.22.18. IEBP stopped payment on the check due to check not being cased. IEBP issued second check on check # ***check address *** *** *** *** *** ***. Second Check Cleared bank on

The claim did require adjustment and the adjustment has been made.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However it isn't just the payment in question,  it's their customer service and handling of this issue that's the real problem.
