I ordered wheel spacers specific for my vehicle 2006 [redacted] DTS on 05/19/2015. The hub bore on the spacers were bored correctly but the holes for the lug bolts were drilled in a smaller lug pattern that made them unusable for my vehicle. I spoke with Motorsport Tech on 06/55/2015, after they had arrived, to notify them of the issue and they advised me to send the spacers back and they will fix the issue and refund me the shipping cost of 30.00 plus the 9.00 that it cost me to send them back and money for inconvenience. I have tried to communicate with Motorsport Tech regarding my refund and I get no replies from e-mails, when I called to address the issue they hang up on me. The spacers should have been returned express mail or priority and they did not do that. Today is June 24th and I will not receive my spacers until 1 July according to the tracking number. When I tried to discuss the matter with them the manager hung up on me several times and now refuses to respond to any correspondence from me. I spoke with Motorsport Tech on 03/05/2015, after they had arrived, to notify them of the issue and they advised me that they would make another pair of spacers and send them to me along with a return shipping label for the unusable spacers previously shipped. Was quoted a price and then charged a different amount. told a time frame for product delivery and found they had not even begun to make them yet. Extremely rude customer service. I Did not provide an email address for contact info, and was told everybody else in the world does. And because of this it was my fault I did not get correct pricing. I live in AZ and shipping on these parts of course was needed. I was not quoted any shipping in my order and when asked about why I was charged, the guy laughed at me and asked me if I asked if there was. When I replied no, he laughed again and said well that was my fault. The product I ordered was supposed to be delivered to me by wens the 26th of March. I asked about whether they had been shipped yet, he responded that they are still under development. Then proceeded to use profanity and continue his rant about this ordeal some how being my fault. Someone needs to take lessons on how to treat their customers or he will not have any more. By the looks of their Revdex.com rating, I'm hoping he does not have the opportunityDesired SettlementFull refund. Final Consumer Response Received full refund.

I've bought numerous sets of adapters for my customers from Motorsport Tech over the years (probably 50 or so sets). I've never had a problem with customer service, shipping or quality of their product. In fact, I used to use other manufacturers and had nothing but problems. The problems went away since dealing with Lenny at Motorsport. High integrity, deep knowledge, cares about customers, go out of their way to do the right thing. Only received half of my order, then when the rest was finally shipped they sent me the wrong lugs and then lied about the next day shipping on those.Where to start, I ordered 2 pairs of spacers for my truck, after an exceptionally long shipping period I received ONE pair. After a call to Motorsport Tech they tried to sell me a whole new pair, eventually they realized their mistake and sent me the rest of my order priority mail. After about three weeks of waiting on shipping of all my items and wronged items I went to install the spacers only to realized they had sent me 2 wrong sized nuts. After another call to Motorsport Tech they said they would send the correct nuts overnight as I needed them for an event. After two days of waiting there was nothing, so I called Motorsport Tech yet again and asked what the deal was. Not only was the owner lying about having said he would next day them he also tried to somehow blame it on me. Sorry but I wasn't the one who wronged my order not once but TWICE and then to be rude about it? Sales MContact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]I am sorry to hear this complaint from [redacted], When [redacted] ordered his spacers he was told that we have a 10 business day lead time to custom build his order, and shipping from [redacted] to [redacted] could be another 4 to 5 business days we ship with [redacted] and it is up to them on how long it takes but we always let our customer know a few extra days just in case they need there product in a hurry there is always options to use express shipping.When [redacted] states that we tried to sell him another set that is because we did not find his order in the system because he told us his order was under the name [redacted] and it was actually ordered under the name [redacted], so that explains that portion, which was quickly rectified. Then we realized our mistake in only shipping out one pair instead of two we quickly sent another pair Priority Mail.As far as shorting [redacted] 2 lug nuts this may be true and as an option because he was in a hurry for a show we suggested he pick up some from a local shop and we would refund his expense. He agreed and told us that was what he would do. As they are only about a .99 item, or we gave him the option of us shipping them out priority and he said he would just pick them up. These were his choices I'm sorry he feels the way he does.We ship out roughly 200 orders a week, that's ove 10,000 orders in a year and to get one complaint in the past two years I think that is a pretty good record. No one or no company is 100% perfect we try our best but you cannot make everyone happy every time there is always someone you can't make happy.Thank You Motorsport Tech God Bless
