I paid full price for the mounting of the tire I also paid full price for the tire per the receipt I have I was given nothing in good faith I can not even get a refund for something they did not fix and then they lied to get paid to fix there mistakes They would not know what fair treatment was and when I went to pick up my motorcycle I got treated with such disrespect and called names on top of it They are nothing but a bunch of thieves that has no clue on how to fix your bike and when u question them on it u get no answers and called names .My biggest regret about the whole situation is that I did research the shop enough so I did not get robbed hopefully other customers do not make the same mistake and take your bike to a reputable one or purchase a bike from one My bike is shafts driven and that is what makes it worse I paid them to fix it so something didn't happen while I was riding it nut they didn't now how to fix it so they lied and said they did to get my money and what happens when the bike locks up the rear tire because of their incompetence ? Then I guess I crash and maybe die but at least motorsports nation got my money right That is all they care about I have seen such a business run by so many con artists !!!! Regards, [redacted]

WE OFFERED THE CUSTOMER A CREDIT TOWARDS A NEW REPAIR HERE AT OUR SHOPWE ALSO ARE STILL WAITING TO SEE SAID VIDEO, AND A REPAIR ESTIMATE FROM SAID OTHER SHOPS, SEEING WHAT PARTS THE SHOP WHO SOLD HIM A NON-PASSABLE TIRE (TIRE WILL NOT PASS MASS INSPECTION(DUE TO IT BEING YEARS OLD))WE ARE ALSO STILL WAITING ON THE TIRE THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY "WARRANTIED" BY THIS OTHER SHOPWHEN WE NOT ONLY GAVE THE CUSTOMER A TIRE ON GOOD FAITH OF HIM BRINGING THE WARRANTY TIRE BACK TO US, BUT WE MOUNTED IT FOR HALF PRICE AS WELL JUST TO HELP HIM OUTWE BELIEVE THAT WE ARE TRYING TO DO EVERYTHING WE CAN IN A FAIR MANOR

I am rejecting their reply There are numerous in accuracies in their response First I called them to check on the status of the bike and they had done nothing to it Then when I picked up the motorcycle the refuse to take the tire from the other shop plus they charged full price for tires when If I purchased the tires I could have saved dollars just on the tires Also *** used foul language and called me a name Also was never told about keys left in ignition so I had to call when I got home looking for keys and that when I found out they said they left them in the bike So my only key was lost and I had to have one made by a locksmith I had the bike looked at by to separate techs , they listened to the noise now and the video of the noise before and both agreed exact same noise So all I want is,a refund for the noise they did not fix I do not want a credit for some made up excuse so I can pay them to fix their mistakes It is boldly obvious they do not know what they are doing

On 8/22/2015 the customer brought his motorcycle to us so we could fix a noise coming from his drive shaft. When our technician listen to the noise it was determined it was a driveshaft issue. Customer was notified by phone what was making said noise and gave us the ok to fix the total for that...

repair was 614.91 which was to re-shim final drive because the backlash was out of spec and our technician road the motorcycle 5 miles after repair was done and noise was gone prior to customer pick up on 9/5/15. The customer also wanted us to replace two (2) tires one he had purchased from another dealer and the tire had a manufacturing date on it from 2005 which will not pass inspection due to being 10 years old. in good faith to try to help the customer out we installed two (2) tires but charged him for one (1) tire with an agreement for the customer to bring the new tire from "said shop" (the replacement tire for the one he had warrantied.) We have still no received the new tire from him to this date, and our tire is on his machine already. (that tire that we gave to him, was also part of the credit we offered) the total charge for this was 367.95. On 9/8/15 the customer called us and said the noise was back so told him to bring it back to us. When our technician got to look at the motorcycle he determined that the new noise was from the engine bevel gear bearings. When we called the customer to tell him what was going on he said he wanted a full refund and was coming to pick up his motorcycle. We told him that we would not refund his money but would give him a full credit of the previous repair and would fix it for him. He refused and said he was coming to pick up motorcycle. Upon arrival the customer came into our showroom with customers here and started dropping words that should not be said to anyone in public or private so we asked him to wait outside. He also said he recorded the noise before and after motorcycle was fixed but would not let us listen to the recording. We had one of our employees help him load his motorcycle into the back of his pickup truck and told him the keys were in the ignition and he said ok which he admits to. I think we did our best to satisfy the customer in this matter.
