The car is years old with 143,miles on itThe fanbelt tensioner, which is a spring loaded arm that keeps the fanblet tight, was making noise because it was worn out, so we replaced the tensioner and beltThe air conditioning
compressor clutch was not making noise when we originally looked at itWhen we put the new belt tensioner on the car, it had full tension on the air contitioning clutch for the first time in years and full tension can make a weak compressor clutch failWe gave him a free air condtioning compressor bypass and installed a new belt, which would normally be about $retail
We cannot predict when a compressor clutch will failThere are three other parts that can fail because of a new fanbelt tensioner, including the power steering pump, the alternator and the idler pulley
We gave him a free fanbelt bypass to try and make him happyWe cannot refund the belt tensioner repairs, because those parts had failed and needed to be replaced
Older, high mileage vehicles can have or different noises at the same time and sometimes they have an intermittent noise that only shows up under certain conditionsEveryone likes to think that there is only part that is bad on their car, but often they have or bad parts that add up to one noise that they hear

I have called and left messages asking her to bring the car in as recently as last week, but I have never been able to talk to anyone and nobody has tried to contact me.Our repairs have a year, 24,mile warranty and WE DO NOT MAKE THE PARTS, so if there is a part problem, we will be happy to

First off, you offered me a free rental car after I brought my car back for a 3rd time for the same issue. I appreciated it very much however let's not forget that your vehicle left me stranded in akron with two small children for over an hour. After that I never even received a call from you or anyone at your shop and was left without a vehicle while you continued to try and fix mine, unsuccessfully.As far as the "discount" on the wheel bearings, I was more than happy to have you guys take them off and go somewhere else. I had already paid for one repair that was supposedly going to fix the grinding (the rear differential $109.96) and it didn't. It is not my fault that your service writer is a liar and told your tech to go through with something that I never authorized. My husband was feeling generous that day apparently because I still don't feel like we owed you a dime when you put parts on my car without authorization. I hope you have improved your interview process and have some more upstanding citizens working for you now. Jennifer

I gave you $570.55 in FREE air conditioning repairs.  (refer to page 2 of the attached invoice no. 53221)                                     I gave you $468.02 OFF THE PRICE for the wheel bearing repair to cure your complaint --- Stability Track dash light problem. --- Intermittent vibration when turning, specifically right at lower speeds. (refer to your complaint, invoice #[redacted])You had SIX PROBLEMS or complaints with your truck and WE CURED 5 OF THEM.   I'm sorry we couldn't cure the ONE PROBLEM with the CEL or Intermittent Check Engine Light.Please accept an additional $200.00 on your refund to try and make it up to you.
